'Friendly personnel'

'staff incredibly friendly, breakfast was very good. Hotel has a moisture problem, very musty smell, out of date, furnishings, hallway, carpets, dirty, and in need of vacuuming. Elevator had broken handrails. Someone is not paying attention to what needs to be fixed and or cleaned constantly. However, the staff were the friendliest.'

'Didn’t like the huge roaches that were in our room. Each night we were getting rid of 2 to 4 roaches per night. Hotel didn’t do anything or recommend a solution. The price we paid was not worth it worrying if roaches were in our bed.'

'I would NOT recommend this property! Although one employee (young lady) was polite and helpful, the young man working the desk on Saturday morning was rude and inconsiderate. The room was not clean (e.g., dirty kitchen and not dusted kitchen table or nightstands; bathroom was okay). The hallways, elevator, and stairwells reeked of weed. '

'The toilet was not bolted down at all. We killed two German roaches & a bed bug. I called to tell the hotel attendant and his response was “ okay”. I would not recommend staying here. Ever. At all. It’s awful.'

The AC was completely broken, which was not advertised anywhere even inside the building whenever we got there. maintenance did give us a fan for inside of the room, which helped cool it down a little bit. 'If you want a coffee maker you have to buy one! We had one small bar of soap. No king size bed. Only one light blanket. I could go on but you get the idea.'
