'dit is geen 5 sterren waard, ontbijt is zo beperkt, slechte service, 30 min wachten op een koffie, dan nog eens 15 min op meld. personeel loopt constant op hun gsm bezig hun socials te doen ipv op de klanten te letten. 42 euro voor een koffie, croissant en sneetje hesp is kaas is er echt over. als je dit aanklaagt krijg je als antwoord ; " we zullen he doorgeven". men heeft nog niet eens het professionalisme om u te woord te staan.'

'Very nice and cosy and characteristic hotel in cheerful neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, bars and boutigues surrounding. The rooms are just fit, efficiënt using space, the quality of the facility is good, convenient for our short midweek stay to discover Paris. The starry lit shower is wonderful. 'What a fantastic stay we had at MGallery Bastille Boutet! From my first emailcontact to check on petstays and our arrival, to the very moment we left, we felt absolutely pampered! We were upgraded to a junior suite w roofterrace, aa guests of the day, and received special treats for my birthday. The facilities were brilliant, great pool and spa facilities. 'We stayed in this hotel because I wanted to work remotely while my family can explore Paris. (We are very familair in Paris). The staff at the reception is 5 star. They are so friendly and so professional. They help with everything they can. I am quite disspointed with one incident where someone was cleaning between the reception and the restaurant. He did not speak English but he was incredebily rude. Unacceptable IMHO. Also the staff in the restaurant were so politie and nice. The rooms are...

'Very nice hotel, at a great location near to Metro station and busstop, so touristic sights easy to travel to. Lot of restaurants nearby. The welcome at the reception was warmly; and always willing to help.The room and bathroom were not very big, but comfortable and clean. Great bed. We will certainly be back.'

'Het hotel is heel rustig gelegen maar toch vlakbij metrohalte Bastille en op wandelafstand van de Jardin des Plantes. Veel restaurantjes in de buurt. Kamers zijn mooi en voldoende ruim. We hadden aaneensluitende kamers gevraagd en ook zonder problemen gekregen. Ontbijt is volledig en wordt vlot aangevuld. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij gaan terug!'

'Great stay in the Marais. Location is good neat place de la bastille. Staff is professional. Rooms are large enough. No tips for improvement other then a larger safe where you can put a tablet in. That gives an idea of the state of this hotel. It is excellent.'
