Further after check out I needed to get something from my case and called three times the reception at 11:45, no answer. I hurried back to the hotel and was there at 11:50 but it was already closed. 'The web site photos make the building look huge and elegant. Not so. It was a very plain hotel in a residential area. The rooms do not have a closet or drawers to unpack your luggage so if you’re planning on staying for multiple days, this makes it a bit difficult. There is a wall area with a few hangers but not a closet. The fan in the bathroom did not work and when I inquired on this, they did not have a solution of the problem.'

'The room 601 was not accessible by anything but stairs. Staff was not available when leaving to help with my luggage and I fell down the stairs with my bags trying to get to the elevator. When I tried to explain to the front desk about the accident she didn’t seem to care. My wrist and knee are injured.
