They oversold our room type the first night, but they did find another room for us to stay in and compensated us for the inconvenience, as well as moved us to our requested room the next day. It was exactly what we needed for our stay, no complaints. '

'Walking into the Southgate House was a great moment. The interior is done beautifully...it was so cool. The kitchen is great, downstairs bedrooms were comfortable, master bath is really unique, and the living area is spacious and well apportioned. But our favorite gathering spot was the rooftop. The weather was kind enough to hold off the rain and we had amazing views of the city....even treated to a post-Reds fireworks show.The property manager (Calvin) was simply outstanding. He was very...
