Indoor woonruimtes

Een flatscreen-tv met dvd-speler en geluidssysteem bevindt zich in de woonkamer die grenst aan de royale maaltijden en een volledig uitgeruste keuken en heeft directe toegang tot de prachtige buitenruimte.

De volledig ingerichte keuken is uitgerust met standaard kookgerei, servies, bestek, magnetron, koffiepadmachine, broodrooster, waterkoker, etc. plus een grote koelkast, vaatwasser, kookplaat / oven en de basiskruiden, schoonmaakproducten etc. die u zou verwachten te vinden in een thuis weg van huis.

Verwarming / koelsystemen

De woonkamer wordt bediend door een split-systeem omgekeerde cyclus airconditioner evenals een gaskachel, en er zijn enkele stand-alone ventilatoren in de slaapkamers om dit aan te vullen.

"Resort Haven" is geconfigureerd om comfortabel elke combinatie van volwassenen en kinderen te slapen tot maximaal 6:

Linnen

Een standaardboeking wordt geleverd met dekbedden met hoezen, kussens zonder hoezen, theedoeken, handdoeken en badmatten. Gasten kunnen hun eigen lakens (plat en voorzien), kussenslopen en handdoeken meenemen of ervoor kiezen om extra te betalen voor dit 'optionele linnen'. De kosten voor het verstrekken van optionele linnen zijn een eenmalige vergoeding per verblijf van $ 30 per koning / koningin / tweepersoonsbed en $ 15 per eenpersoonsbed. Laat het ons weten als u deze extra service wenst. Minimaal 48 uur kennisgeving vereist.

Short Family Getaway

Our 3-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. There are fantastic facilities onsite, and as we had fanily from overseas with us, the Ramada Resort was in a great location close to Cowes and the Fairy Penguin attraction. We also visited the wildlife park just across the road, and our guests LOVED it. There were a couple of things that let us down, the main one being the buffet breakfast. We arrived towards the end of the dining time, and had to ask for plates, cutlery, and even if more food would be coming out, as all the trays were empty. It was a well priced breakfast....but not if there's nothing to eat. A few items were topped up, onky fir guests who had already eaten to stack their plates high and a few in our group missed out again. Staff were very busy (and friendly) and I felt that we were hassling them and so just managed to eat a few items that were topped up. Would highly suggest going when the breakfast opens so you have some choice of what to eat.

Very comfortable, great facilities and location

We loved our stay! Plenty of room for our family of 4, plus a grandparent. Whilst still being warm and cosy on a cold winter weekend. We enjoyed the facilities & the location was perfect to access all that Phillip Island has to offer. Thank you, we will be back!

Not what we were expecting

The cleanliness was poor. Heavy dust on fans, dust on kitchen shelves, found dirty mugs in cupboards. The dishwasher was broken, and a problem with kitchen faucet aswell. There was only one frying pan, and no basic cooking condiments like salt and pepper. There wasn't enough cutlery, 5 forks when the unit accommodates 6. The area is for the "resort people" so when staying in a private owned unit everything seemed to be extra. And there was absolutely no wifi anywhere as we were not with the "resort". However the beds were comfy and the bedrooms and bathrooms seemed clean. So that was good.

Great Family Resort

My family of 5 had a great time during our long weekend stay. Accommodation was roomy, quiet & private. My kids loved the resort facilities, swimming pool, playground etc. I loved the walking track. Lots of nature & animals.

So much to do

This is perfect for a family or group of friends. It’s really clean and nice and cosy. The park has so many things to do though if you want to eat in the restaurant for dinner I would highly recommending booking well in advance and if you wanting to ride the pedal karts make sure you go over and book it in early morning. They are a lot of fun! We had a really pleasant stay and would stay again if we ever go back over that way.

The villa was a great option for a 3 days stay on Phillip Island close to all the main attractions and the local shops. Great amenities within the resort to entertain the teenagers with some independence.

Fantastic place

Fantastic place to stay only a minute drive to the main town or you can walk but the resort has so much for you to do with a indoor swim spa sauna unfortunately was out of order when we were there they also have two outdoor pools and outdoor Jacuzzi tennis courts ride on go karts for kids and adults restaurant outdoor fire pit up near the restaurant it is a very big resort with great walking tracks as well . Our house or unit was lovely enough room for the adults that we had there we had a great girls weekend away and the manager of the property is fantastic to deal with a great stay all round. We all agreed we would stay there again

Great resort, modern spacious villa.

Our teen family of four enjoyed this property. The villa was spacious and modern, beds were comfy. Heating worked well. The resort facilities were great, we loved the indoor pool and spa for our winter stay. Resort staff were friendly and helpful. Close to Cowes township, a couple of minutes by car.

Weekend getaway

The cabin was very spacious & well stocked with everything. The supplied pods for the coffee machine were decaffeinated so if you want the good stuff you can pre-buy @ Aldi. The facilities were excellent! We spent all day in all 3 pools. However we could not get wifi in the common area & the bike/carts were $25 each to hire. Sheets and towels are extra cost so we brought our own.

Bbq was dirty, frying pan was dirty, coffee pod machine was full of used pods, very surprised there was no sugar or maybe a small milk, we weren’t told this wasn’t available….cleanliness of the cutlery was appalling, whoever is servicing this apartment needs a rocket….a telephone is there that is not connected..odd we thought….no internet and if there was…no password….a few spa towels might have helped, course we had to use our bath towels….sheets were clean though….this apartment certainly needs an upgrade…..

Clean and easy accommodation

Nice little villa, no issues with it other than low water pressure for the showers but that's not uncommon. Lots of amenities and activists to do within the resort or nearby. Close to the town and main attractions.

We found this resort a perfect location fir our family. The cabin was private and had room for our family of 4. The Address of where you are staying is confusing online. It was a better location than where we thought. I would recommend this location for a family getaway.

Cozy and accessible

Nice placed tucked in quiet area just near town, house was cozy and well equipped but a little dusty and had a musty smell, needed a bit of airing out and air freshener to get rid of smell. Wifi was not working (which was a good thing for us so we weren’t using our techs for 2 days). Resort facilities were old and unkempt. Outdoor Pools were not cleaned but maybe because nobody uses them during winter. Indoor pool and spa was ok. Generally, it’s a good place for staycation with family but a bit disappointing if you’re expecting to use facilities and you really can’t.
