'I liked the resort and hotel, I only wish they had greeted me at the door and assisted with luggage as they knew of our arrival time (with plenty of notice) and there was a bus of people coming to check in at the same time and there was no one to guide us or assist us and no indication of where to go that was suitable for luggage (it was push/pull doors and stairs to the checkin area, but only afterwards inside you could see a automatic doors and ramp to be used and then also discovered the...

'Location was fabulous close to so many restaurants and just an uber away from all you need. I will say my husband and I are in our 60’s so the shower in the bath I think would be quite challenging for anyone older. Even we were so very cautious trying to climb out without slipping over . Other than that accommodation was lovely. '

'Waren te vroeg om in te checken, mochten de koffers stallen en men ging onze kamer eerder klaarmaken. Perfecte service'

'De ligging van het hotel is heel centraal. Jammer is alleen dat je voor het parkeren extra moet betalen terwijl het hotel niet goedkoop is. Vanuit het hotel is het makkelijk om overal te komen.'

'Makkelijk te vinden, eenvoudig parkeren, dicht bij het centrum. Mooie kamer en prima ontbijt. '

'Fijne service, 24 uurs receptie en 24 uurs airport ophalen en brengen!'

'Not every 5 star hotel is a 5 star hotel. Spacious room but insulation poor (loud neighbours as well!) and bed (especially pillows) are not supporting good sleep, No coffee machine in the room, no cable tv either and the fitness room so so (small and not sufficient for more than 3 people), hotel misses ambiance. Overall, price quality is not balanced.'

'Very friendly & helpful staff, room was clean and had everything you need. Decent prices, would go back again & recommend. 9.5/10'
