Mooie 4 slaapkamer met uitzicht op miljoenen dollars

Welkom bij "Ships and Giggles Condo", Cozumel Penthouse! Kom genieten van dit prachtig ingerichte vier slaapkamers en vier badkamers penthouse appartement in Palmar dat TEN in bedden slaapt. Drie van de slaapkamers hebben een eigen badkamer; TWEE daarvan zijn grote slaapkamers met een prachtig uitzicht op de kristalheldere wateren van Cozumel. De goed gevulde keuken, woon- en eetkamer zijn allemaal open en kijken uit op de oceaan. Het appartement heeft een eigen waterfiltratiesysteem, zodat u KAN water drinken. Stap uit op het 250 m² grote balkon en kijk elke ochtend naar de schepen. Geniet 's nachts vanaf het balkon van het kijken naar de nachtduikers en de prachtig verlichte schepen terwijl ze wegvaren.
Dit appartement is perfect voor meerdere koppels of gezinnen die samen reizen. Er is een groot zwembad en een bubbelbad met veel ligstoelen en Bali-bedden om uw dag te ontspannen. Daarnaast zijn er een tennisbaan, een basketbalveld, een speelkamer en fitnessfaciliteiten beschikbaar voor de gasten. Er zijn ook gebieden om je duikuitrusting te wassen na een geweldige duikdag. Een wasmachine en droger zijn beschikbaar in de flat, zodat u schone kleding kunt inpakken als u weggaat!
The Penthouse Condo is gunstig gelegen op loopafstand van Paprika, Tikila's, verschillende duikwinkels, elektrische fietsverhuur, verhuur van Harley Davidson en een OXXO. Het is een taxirit van $ 8 vanaf de veerhaven. Er is 24 uur per dag bewaking op het terrein en patrijspoorten op het terrein. Er is een Jeep beschikbaar voor onze gast. This property was amazing and had great views along with a calm pool. Everything we needed was available and the staff (especially the security guards) were very helpful and fun. The fitness center is okay but lacking any big weights and the equipment is fairly old.

Diving in Cozumel

We loved our stay at ships and giggles. It was super clean and had everything we needed. The pool is fantastic and the ocean is right across the street. The host was super helpful and responsive.

Even better than expected

We had an amazing stay! We have stayed in many condos in Cozumel and this is now one of our favorites. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, beautifully furnished and spacious. We loved the location. The Sunset bar is right across the street and was a fun place to walk for drinks and a plate of nachos. Watching the cruise ships come and go from a comfortable balcony was one of our lazy pastimes. Can’t wait to book again for another family trip!

Super easy to book and Michelle was on top of the communication! This place has many activities within walking distance to include restaurants and snorkeling. We were a group of 6 and this place definitely accommodated all of us easily. 5 stars!

Very Nice Condo

This is the second time we have stayed at the Palmar condo building, previously in a different condo. It's a great location, quiet with friendly staff and a very uncrowded pool. This condo was perfect for our group of 6 and was clean, well equipped and comfortable.

Beach Bliss

We loved our stay at the ships and giggles condo. The condo is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. The view day and night is breathtaking. We loved the pool. It is enormous! We also walked across the street to snorkel. There are a couple great spots walking distance for food. Our favorites were Coco Cafe for breakfast and we loved the margaritas at Sunset. Michele was awesome and answered questions and gave us great suggestions. We plan to stay again.

Amazing Stay

We have stayed at the Palmar Condos for the past 3 years in different condos and Ships & Giggles is by far the best stay. Our family of 6 enjoyed 10 days in the very spacious 4 bedrooms/4 bathroom condo. Washer/Dryer made a huge difference in not having to pack extra clothes (not all Palmar condos provides W/D. Balcony furniture was very comfortable and where we spent our mornings having coffee and watching the cruise ships come in. Housekeeping came in mid-stay and laundered sheets/towels. Temperature in the condo was better than other condo stays. Walking distance to Blue Angels restaurant, Sunset, and Paprika. 30 minute walk to grocery and shopping. Will definitely stay again!

Spacious condominium with Million dollar view

We rented this for a 5 days stay for ourselves and our 3 adult children and their partners. It was very nice. It has a very spacious main room with a well-appointed kitchen at one end and a balcony with a million dollar view overlooking where the cruise ships dock each day, and most evenings leave before 6 PM affording a fabulous view of the sunset. You pretty much have to take a taxi to go to any of the beaches or town, but there a plenty of them constantly whizzing by so it is easy to get one - but note the taxis only take cash, preferably American dollars. The condominium has two large master bedrooms with king size beds and bathrooms, another bedroom with attached bath that has two double beds, and then the fourth bedroom has a bathroom right across the hall. Note this bedroom has no windows. Having a washer/ dryer was a plus, we used it several days. There is a breakfast/coffee shop nearby (Coco’s), an OXXO convenience store to pick up small items, and Budget car rental in a hotel about a block away, where we rented a car for one day to drive to the Eco park at the southern end of the island. Bottom line is that if we were traveling back to Cozumel and needed this amount of space, I would definitely book this place again.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The Condo was clean and spacious. It worked out perfectly for our needs. Location is good distance from downtown, for a quick cab ride or nice walk. Michelle was quick to respond to any of our needs and questions. The only negative which has nothing to do with the condo itself, is the cruise ships really put a damper on the sunsets. They are usually in the way. All and all great place to stay and enjoy the island.

Feliz Navidad from Cozumel

We had a great week staying in Ships and Giggles penthouse condo. I enjoyed watching the cruise ships in the morning and evening from the balcony. My family of 5 had more than enough room. The pool was great. We did a lot of activities and never had an issue getting a cab. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Michelle was a fantastic host. She thought of everything. If I had a question, she was very quick to answer. Thank you, Michelle for a great week!!

8 family members stayed a week. Place is perfect. Location great. 2 nice bars across the street. Kitchen set up great. Great glassware to take to pool. Safe and very friendly. Just outstanding. Michelle was a text away. Our only issue was one grill on building property is for owners only. No big deal took our fish catch to the money bar and they cooked it. This place was so much fun. An amazing condo that is beautifully appointed. We had our family of divers stay and had a blast. Plenty of room to spread out, gorgeous views of the ocean/jungle. We really enjoy this property, walking distance to great coffee shop and fun beach side bars and restaurants.

Great location, great views, great place!

We loved our stay here. The place was clean, well-maintained, and a good size for our family of seven. We loved watching the sunsets and relaxing on the balcony. The kitchen is well-stocked and I was able to make a full dinner, plus breakfasts most days. The host was always very quick to respond to any questions. I also felt very safe in the property. The pool area is huge and very nice. We were also within walking distance of many restaurants and beach areas. It was a short drive to the Chedraui and Mega grocery/shopping stores, too. It's also located far enough away from the cruise terminal to have less of that traffic and crowds. Because of this being on the top floor, and a decent distance from the street, it is pretty quiet. A bit of noise from the ships and the street come through, but overall, it's a fairly quiet location. The condo was very well-appointed. There was plenty of seating, bathrooms, beds, towels, and places to just sit and relax. We enjoyed watching a few movies at night, also. We really loved the fact that the tap water was potable. All the employees were super helpful and friendly, too. This really was one of the best rental properties we have stayed at, period.

Would recommend Ships and Giggles to anyone going to Cozumel with family or friends.

Great location with an easy walk to shopping and several restaurants. The condo is so spacious that there is plenty of room for everyone to do there own thing without falling over each other. Had one small problem and a call to Michelle had someone there in two hours and the problem was quickly resolved. Great internet speed for multiple users so the kids will be happy. Mega the best place to shop for day to day needs is a nice two mile walk along the water or a quick drive. This was our thirty first year of visiting Cozumel and we have never had a better place to stay.

Fabulous!! Feb 2022

This was our first trip to Cozumel and I must say, it was wonderful!! The Penthouse was everything we'd hoped it would be. The view was beautiful off the veranda. Watching the cruise ships come in and out of port was a bonus. The beds were comfy and all the rooms were large, clean and tidy. Nice decor throughout the condo. Internet was great along with having a SmartTV in the living area. It allowed us to login to our favorite aps for entertainment. There's a restaurant right below the pool on the main street "Coco Cafe", they have fabulous food, coffee, crepes. Very convenient too. Kitchen was stocked perfectly for our stay. Having a laundry room inside the condo was great too. The pool was amazing with nice cabanas to lounge on, tables and chairs for playing games or eating. The staff we encountered were all very helpful and polite. Our host, Michelle went above and beyond to make sure that we felt welcome and had all our needs met. She is so hospitable and makes herself available for any questions. We definitely recommend staying at the Palmars Condos.
