3 SLAAPKAMERS EN 2 BADEN OP EEN NICE ZANDIGE STRAND. ONGELOOFLIJKE ZONNESTELLEN !!!
Zo dicht bij het strand heb je nog steeds wifi-signaal van de flat. Rustige locatie met veel te doen in de buurt. Loop naar Uvas, Tortugas, Chankanaab, Money Bar, El Presidente of de jachthaven. Waad eenvoudig in en uit de oceaan. Geniet van geweldig snorkelen en duiken direct vanaf de kust (we raden nachtduiken of nacht snorkelen ten zeerste aan). Duikleraar, duikuitrusting en tankverhuur beschikbaar op aanvraag. Paradise A1 ligt goed in het Marine Park en dicht bij alle beroemde populaire riffen (sorry geen vissen met in het Marine Park). Veel van de duik- en snorkelboten halen je graag op het strand op en laten je dus lange boottochten van en naar de jachthavens vermijden (vertel ze gewoon om je op te halen bij Paradise Condos bij Uvas). Al het roken is buiten. 4:20 vriendelijk. Er zijn asbakken op zowel overdekte terrassen als op het strand.

Wij zijn gevestigd in Cozumel en wonen hier sinds de jaren 90. We zijn blij om onze gasten te helpen met hun vragen.

Opmerking: hoewel onze bankrekening in de Verenigde Staten is DOLLARS tijdens de laatste stap van het maken van uw reservering ziet u kort de prijs in Canadese dollars. Uw werkelijke prijs is niet gestegen. VRBO weigert dit probleem aan te pakken. Goed voor u, want vóór deze uitgave was dit appartement solide geboekt en waarschijnlijk niet beschikbaar voor uw vakantie.

U zult op het strand zijn !!! Alleen zand tussen u en het water! Geen trap om je bagage en boodschappen naar boven te dragen. Geen trap tussen jou en je volgende koude drankje. Slechts 3 mijl ten zuiden van de stad. Ervaar enkele van de beste snorkels op het eiland op steenworp afstand van uw deur.

We hebben genoten van het prachtige uitzicht en zonnebaden bij het rustige pooldeck. Het zwembad op twee niveaus ligt op een steenworp afstand, maar net ver genoeg om uw privacy te bewaren. Een paar meter verder stapt u het zandstrand op en de oceaan in, waar u kunt genieten van enkele van de beste snorkelmogelijkheden op het eiland.

Het pand was net zoals beschreven door de eigenaar. Veel zeer nuttige informatie verstrekt. Condo ingericht en ingericht naar een zeer hoge standaard, met gratis telefoon, satelliet-tv en internet. Zwembad direct voor de deur en het strand op een steenworp afstand. Slechts een paar minuten van het centrum en de nabijheid van andere stranden, geweldige snorkelen en alle benodigdheden voor een geweldige strandvakantie. Schoonmaakservice (Gina) was uitstekend, terrein en zwembad zeer goed onderhouden. Een echte aanrader voor stellen en gezinnen. We zullen zeker terug gaan!

Mijn familie genoot van snorkelen vlak bij het strand, dat privé en schoon was. Ik heb het aan verschillende van mijn vrienden aanbevolen en we hebben weer geboekt voor volgend jaar.

Zorg ervoor dat een duikboot je aan de waterkant voor het appartement ophaalt en geniet van de kleurrijke riffen en het onderwaterleven van Cozumel. Of huur een kajak met glazen bodem bij Uvas en scheer over de oceaan en geniet van alle spectaculaire koraalriffen, zeeschildpadden en het onderwaterleven. U kunt eenvoudig contact houden met familie en vrienden - er is GRATIS draadloos breedband en GRATIS LANGE AFSTANDSBELLEN naar de Verenigde Staten en Canada. Je vrienden kunnen je bellen met een Amerikaans netnummer.

A little piece of paradise!

My daughter, myself, and her two kids ages 2 1/2 and 8 spent the whole month of June here. It was a perfect spot to hang out, snorkel, enjoy the pool, and visit with other vacationers. We cooked almost all of our meals at the condo and had everything we needed. If we needed something special, Joe was quick to respond and get it for us. The beds were comfy, and the bathrooms were great. I especially enjoyed our private patio where I could sip my coffee in the morning and gaze out at the ocean. We definitely hope to return!

One of the best bnb experiences we’ve ever had

First of all, the owner was amazing about communicating. He was super easy to contact and very responsive. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you’d need. There was a purified water dispenser with plenty of refills refills that have cold and hot water, making it easy to always have clean water on hand. It was out of the way of the main town but only 10-15 min from town. Could snorkel right from the beach too and some good little reefs out there, great for beginners, trying out new equipment, photography, or just a relaxing quick swim. Lovely pool right out our door and the beach right in front of you. With 3 lovely bedrooms, 1 with a bunk bed, you could definitely do three couples or family with 3-4 kids easily. Washer and dryer were great and can have cleaning come more or less depending on your preferences. The owner was also great at giving advice on where to go and was a wonderful source of info. We will definitely come back here!!!

The property was right on the beach and the next to pool. You really need a rental car for this location, but there was plenty of easy parking, and you are out of the hustle and bustle of town. The condo was amazing. We especially loved the water cooler that provided hot and cold water at a touch and the washer/dryer so we could keep up on towels and swim suits. The beds were super comfortable and the condo fit our family of 4 adults and 2 kids perfectly. Also communication with the local property manager was super easy.

Awesome Bahia de Uvas

The property was much more than one could have expected from the excellent information provided on-line. It was perfectly located, awesomely provided with services that exceeded our expectations. Attention to details were much appreciated (e.g., making coffee and other goodies available upon arrival). While there isn't a real beach right by the property, the snorkeling just a few hundred feet from the property was exceptional. Thank you for an awesome experience!

We had a wonderful time at this property! We were directly by the beach and enjoyed snorkeling right out front! This is a shared space and we did have some loud neighbors (above and near us), including some who took some chairs off our patio. But this is to be expected when at a shared space. Overall the cleaners did amazing, the host was communicative, and we had an amazing time!

Yes! Yes! Yes! This place was perfect for our family of six adults. We snorkled every day from the beach in front of the condo. Beds were comfortable; all slept well. Monica was very easy to communicate with and willing to accommodate our needs. Great cleaners. Location between two beach clubs was convenient for bites to eat- if we weren’t making meals at condo, for massages and taxis. Recommend renting a car if you’re a larger party; cost $30-40 each way to town for family of six.

Loved our stay in A1 Paradise Condo! It was just as described. Location was perfect-best snorkeling right out front off the beach. We didn’t rent a car and used taxi service to get around the island. I recommend stopping at Soriana or Chedraui to grab breakfast, snack and grill items on your way. It got expensive eating at the beach bars everyday. Our favorite place, The Barefoot Lounge, was very walkable. They even had 2 bicycles for use-which made for a lovely ride south along the shore. Would definitely come back here! (Monica, our rental contact, was very helpful and quick to communicate!)

Awesome place

The property is as described, it so close to the water. Our family of four enjoyed our stay. Snorkeling right off the beach is great. Close enough to town. They did a mid week clean which was appreciated. The master can be a little bright at night but just close the storm door. We cannot wait to go back.

We LOVED this condo. The location, away from the crowds of San Miguel, is perfect. Walk right out the front door to your own beach and snorkeling. Walk down the street to several beach clubs / restaurants and other snorkeling havens. Condo itself is lovely, extremely clean and FULLY equipped. We loved the private patio off the primary bedroom. Sunset views were gorgeous. We had a car but, if you really want to get away from it all and relax, you don’t need one. Grab a cab from the airport, stop at the Super Aki to stock up on groceries and you are all set. Loved this spot and would highly recommend!

This condo is so close to the beach and very relaxing. The condo was clean and stocked with all the necessities. The owners were quick to respond to all of my questions and needs. They even stocked with our grocery list. There is not a lot of seating in the living room but we did not stay inside often. Excellent snorkeling right off the beach too.

Wonderful location and property!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5! One of the few places you will find ON THE BEACH in Cozumel. Kitchen and entire unit were very well stocked and met all of our needs. The dock next door was great for our scuba pick ups (we highly recommend Scuba Life) and the beach and property were kept beautiful by the wonderful and friendly staff of Paradise Condominiums. We will be back!

Great Spot; Exactly What We wanted

We really enjoyed our stay. Monica was very helpful with check-in; the place was clean when we arrived and did some grocery shopping for us in advance so we were all set to go the minute we arrived. The A/C worked in all the rooms, the kitchen was stocked and sufficient and there were floaties and a cooler and other water stuff there if we needed it. The master bedroom of living room and patios all have direct view of the water. The complex is small and mellow. Having Tortugas Beach Club next door was super convenient for food and drinks during the day and we were able to use their dock for a boat trip we booked with Chi Chi charters; though Tortugas has boats and tours too. The snorkeling out front is good and you are really close to Money Bar and Sky Reef for more snorkeling options. The drive back to town is about 10 minutes; I am very glad we didn't stay further South. I definitely stay here again

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo the Beach at your Feet!

We loved this Paradise Condo 1A - just steps from the beach and snorkeling, a refreshing pool right out your patio door, Tortugas restaurant where you can grab breakfast, lunch or dinner on one side, and Uva’s on the other. The complex is smaller and relaxing. The unit was well equipped and the appliances and kitchen equipment top shelf. Monica was a great hostess and helpful accommodating us with everything we needed! We rented a car and enjoyed checking out different Beach Clubs and snorkeling every time. We highly recommend the Money Bar just down the road for great food and fantastic variety of snorkeling. Buccanos further North is also fun. Skyreef is also another favorite just 10 minutes South of Paradise with good snorkeling and lunch. Punta Sur is beautiful too. We loved Paradise Condos and enjoyed staying in and relaxing and cooking too, and enjoying the gorgeous sunsets from our front seat unit!

Best thing about this place was the location beachfront with amazing sunset views and crystal clear turquoise water right out your front door! Kitchen was stocked with nice touches like Mexican beer, avocados, bread, jam and some sodas. Nice to have that when you arrive late and just need to relax instead of hit the grocery store. Condo was comfortable although a little run down. Ants and bugs were a bit of an issue. Plenty of towels and paper products as well as laundry soap and shower condiments. Was mostly disappointed about how far from town (restaurants/shops/grocery) it was located. Really need a car to stay here unless you plan on cooking 100% of your meals or want to splurge on taxis regularly which don’t always show up when called. The beach area is excellent though and the water is spectacular and inviting. There is a great little beach restaurant (only daytime operation) next door on the side which had decent food and an inflatable trampoline to use if eating there. There was a beach club on the other side of the property which gets a ton of cruise ship excursion people and can make the beach feel overcrowded (although cruise ships stopped coming due to corona while we stayed at this property so it actually was pretty calm for most of our stay). Also, beach is super rocky so you def need water shoes to get in and out but makes for decent snorkeling. There are several other beaches to try nearby but still need a car/taxi to get there. Communication was great with the property manager and he went out of his way to accommodate us, even had a new mattress put in while we were there. WiFi was great and condo building itself was pretty quiet with nice tenants. Would stay here again but have a car to get around - we just prefer being able to walk out the door to local restaurants/shops instead of a 20 minute drive.
