  • Thuis weg van huis! Hola en welkom bij Cozumel, geniet van de onwerkelijke zonsondergangen en dineren vanaf ons balkon of terwijl u een jacuzzi neemt in de privé-spa op ons balkon, deze slaapkamer, een badkamer op het BESTE strand (San Fransisco Beach) en BEST appartementencomplex ( Residencias Reef) in Cozumel heeft alles wat u zich kunt voorstellen en nog veel meer om van uw vakantie een levenslange herinnering te maken!

    Een privaat, beveiligd en bewaakt laagbouwflatcomplex (vier gebouwen, drie verdiepingen met elk ongeveer 80 eenheden), onze eenheid # 8220 bevindt zich op de tweede verdieping, in gebouw 4. Residencias Reef Condo's heeft de beste toegankelijkheid voor duiken met onze gedeelde bootpier waar alle duikexploitanten je ophalen en een grote spoeltank op het terrein. Snorkelen is ook hier op ons zandstrand of gewoon relaxen in een van de twee verwarmde zwembaden.

    De unit is volledig uitgerust, gebouwd in 2007. We zijn een stapje verder gegaan om luxe meubels en voorzieningen te bieden, waaronder: een 50-inch led-smart-tv (log in op uw Nexlix-account) met surround sound, dvd, satellietschotelnetwerk-tv, dvd-video's, complete keuken met roestvrijstalen apparaten, graniet toonbanken, houten kasten, Dual Split AC, plafondventilatoren, ruime slaapkamer met nieuw kingsize bed en slaapkamer, Sony TV, een tweepersoons slaapbank in de woonkamer, mooie tegels overal, complete badkamer met granieten toppen, douche, wasmachine en droger in unit, GRATIS VS en Canada interlokaal bellen en GRATIS WI-FI (breng uw laptop mee), een privékluis voor uw bezittingen. We zijn inclusief strandlakens, papieren handdoeken, 5 liter flessen drinkwater via een warme en koude dispenser en om de andere dag schoonmaakservice (behalve op zondag).

    We nemen nu onze harde shell twee persoons kajak wat oceaanplezier!

    Voor een maaltijd zonder naar de stad te gaan, probeer het Aura Hotel's Restaurant naast de deur, of Carlos N Charlie's of Ocean op het strand 50 meter naar het zuiden. Huisgemaakte maaltijdservice is ook beschikbaar in het appartement als een extra optie.

    U zult blij zijn te weten dat ons huis wordt verzorgd door een lokaal gebaseerd personeelsmanagement, om u te helpen wanneer nodig en om ervoor te zorgen dat uw verblijf bij ons soepel verloopt.

The location and amenities of this property are amazing. There are 2 pools (both warm) and you can snorkel right out front off the beach. Lounge chairs on the sand were available everyday. The condo itself is well appointed with everything you'll need for your stay, and the view from the balcony is across the natural area to the ocean. Beautiful sunsets. Neighbours were quiet and friendly. Host is attentive and responsive. Would definitely return and highly recommend staying here.

This property was perfect for the two of us. Quiet and peaceful with a great location. Close and easy to get to ocean excursions through the near by resort. We found everything we needed between two to three stores in San Miguel and some great restaurants. Thank you Michael Preston

What a wonderful condo! Great location that is very well taken care of and leaves you feeling safe. The grounds, pool, and beach are very clean .The condo is very clean with all the amenities for cooking and relaxing. Fresh water for drinking and ice. Peace & Quiet

Everything about the unit was outstanding. Having a full kitchen was nice for morning coffee and breakfast so we didn’t have to rush out for food and could ease our way into the day. Plenty of very good beach bar/restaurants nearby, no need to go into town if you don’t want to. Beautiful beach although rocky but nothing a pair of water shoes couldn’t handle, lots of beach chairs and shade as well. Both pools were terrific with shady areas. We went on a snorkeling excursion and were able to bepicked up on the dock next door which was very convenient. I highly recommend this vacation rental if you are looking for a beautifully decorated high end space.

Perfecto!

We stayed on this property before, but this was our first time in this particular unit. It is an exceptional unit and has many of the things that we frequently purchase at the local Chedraui when we arrive which was much appreciated. Fulvio was extremely responsive to any concerns and a cleaning lady came to change sheets and tidy up the unit every other day! There was nothing better than being on the balcony in the hot tub as the evening thunderstorms rolled through! Would 100% want to stay at this property again!

Beautiful property with very responsive owner and property manager.

The property is beautiful and is located on one of the nicest beaches in Cozumel. The condo has everything you would need for a perfect vacation. It is tastefully decorated with new appliances and a comfortable yet modern feel. We had the unfortunate luck to get hit by hurricane Beryl while we were there and the owner and property manager were very responsive and did everything they could to ensure our comfort and safety. In fact, I cannot think of a safer place on the island that I would rather stay. Needless to say the hurricane came and went and we still had a fantastic vacation. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who asked.

Perfect Property and Location

The property description is very accurate and was everything we needed for our 12 day vacation. We rented a car and after about our second trip into town we became very comfortable with navigating around to find everything we needed, including Distilled Water from Dori Pharmacy. This condo has a great view with proper function AC and ventilation. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything was in good working order. The condo development is very safe and patrolled regularly. The owners and the property management are very responsive and were able to answer all our questions.

Beautiful view with comforts of home

You could easily come to this property and not leave. It had everything you needed. The grounds are beautifully kept and clean. The condo was very clean. It had plenty of hot water and pressure for the shower. The kitchen had all items needed for cooking, and it was very convenient to have a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. We enjoyed the use of the kayak, as well as the beautiful sandy beach just a few steps away. Just keep in mind it is about a 15-20 minute trip to town, so if you're wanting dinner or the grocery store often it may not be the best location, but if you're only going to town minimally and you want peace & quiet, it's the perfect place!

Perfect week on the beach!

This property has everything you need for an amazing getaway. Full kitchen with modern appliances, cold AC in living and bedroom areas, washer/dryer, TV in both rooms, equipment for fun on the beach and ocean views.Maid service was a great touch.All towels, kitchenware, sheets, etc were in like new condition.Building is secured by a front gate with 24hr security and electronic lock on the entry door.Parking right out front was included at no charge.Owners and property manager readily available with any questions or concerns.Staff at the facility was super friendly and helpful.Local breakfast and lunch at Dona Cheley is delicious and only a 5 minute walk from your door.All common areas are super clean and maintained.Other residents/guests were friendly, definitely a laid back vibe and great for a family, not a party atmosphere which is exactly what we wanted.Located on one of the best beaches in Cozumel.Look no further, this is the one to book!!

Amazing stay for a couples getaway.

This condo is perfect for a couples get away. My wife and I enjoy cooking. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need In terms of pots and pans and utensils. Coffee maker worked perfectly. Plenty of water bottles on hand to refill the water dispenser. The bedroom has plenty of closet space for your hanging needs. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was the perfect temperature overnight. There is even a box fan which was a very welcome touch. The patio has a great view of the beach and pool. The pictures in the listing really don’t do it justice. The beach was nice. We walked to Carlos and Charlie‘s for lunch two of the days we were there. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Only thing I wish they would change is the 10am checkout time since most flights leave the island later in the day.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in 8220. It was better than expected. We have already looked at rebooking. Very spacious and so clean. This unit has everything. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony was our favorite spot to sit and look out at the beautiful view. We felt safe and we have already recommended it to several people. I lost my phone one day and security had it safe and sound. We love Cozumel and Residencias Reef is just perfect.
