  • Luxe appartement aan zee in een eerste klas mid-rise gebouw gunstig gelegen aan de Cozumel Town Center. Het appartement is professioneel ingericht en biedt alle gemakken van thuis. Er is eten, snorkelen en andere watersport activiteiten en winkels op loopafstand. On-site training faciliteit, tennis, zwembad en verwarmde whirlpool. Watersport verhuur, spa, jeep en scooters huren in de buurt door, referenties kunnen worden verstrekt. Het toestel is voorzien van tv, high speed internet, 24-uurs beveiliging, en een volledig uitgeruste keuken. Het gebouw is toegankelijk en heeft 2 liften. De unit wordt beheerd door Chris en Victoria. Wij zijn Amerikanen en hebben in Cozumel gedurende 10 prachtige jaren 8 van hen in Palmar gewoond. We zijn er om u te helpen met al uw behoeften. Terrific property with wonderful hosts! We have stayed several times and hope to be back soon. The unit is the best in the Palmar. Nice view, spacious, quiet. Centrally located, plenty within walking distance if you don't have a car, lots of parking if you do. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful condo in a great location.

This is a great condo outside of the downtown area but close to fabulous restaurants and beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen is well stocked and the hosts are great to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing views beautiful property

Wife and I stayed here for 10 amazing days! The views were incredible, the condo has everything you could want/need, plenty of room to spread out! The staff at the Palmar are amazing and our hosts were great! I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area to stay here!

Amazing spot in Cozumel

This place felt like a home away from home and was extraordinary. We’d love to watch the ships come in and go out. This unit had everything you could ask for and more and the host were awesome at communication. We would love to come back for a relaxing holiday

Our stay was fantastic. The condo was beautifully furnished with great amenities as well. Close to the ports if your a diver and great restaurants nearby. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Already booked for next year.

Great Views and Amenities!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and stocked with amenities. It had everything we needed- we especially appreciated the number of towels provided and all of the kitchenware for cooking, they even have a grill and a place on the balcony to wash your dive gear. The view was stunning and the pool was a great place to relax. Loved everything about this place!

Very pleasant, great location

Everything went well (even with Hurricane Beryl). We had stayed here before and would again. The property management team was responsive, made sure we were OK before and after the hurricane hitting the island.

It's the most gorgeous gorgeous condo with the most gracious hosts. Close enough to everything, yet away from the cruise ship crowds and hustle of the main town. Immaculate and peaceful, stunning views, and a well maintained, gated and guarded property. We will return again and again. A Lovely Experience

This condo is just as described in the listing. It is very well-appointed in all aspects: kitchen included everything we needed to prepare meals, bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate. While there were a couple of household "glitches" along the way, they were immediately addressed and promptly fixed. The two weeks we spent unwinding and relaxing in this luxurious space were truly enjoyed!

Beautiful property

The place was amazing with beautiful views. The pool & hot tub area was wonderful. The location was great with so many restaurants & shops within a short walking distance (the Coco Cafe below was such a nice treat-great food & friendly people). The security at the place was very watchful & always helpful. The host/manager was very quick to respond with any questions I had, even though I didn’t have many at all. They had SO much information laid out for us (places to eat, beaches to visit, all that we needed to know about using the devices inside the condo). This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Would love to visit again & would definitely recommend it.
