'What a beautiful hotel! We stayed in the Sawyer room with the gas fireplace. Izzy was very efficient and friendly during check in and very helpful with our dinner reservation at the hotel also. Bed was very comfortable and room was cosy on a cold rainy day. We did struggle to make the bathroom warm and to increase the temp of the floor but that’s an issue for us as we didn't flag with the staff. A continental breakfast in the breakfast room was provided also. Would definitely stay again. '

'Located on the South Terrace and one of the few hotels with a pool (if I remember correctly). The room was beautiful and very modern. Some of the reception staff were rather unfriendly when we asked for extra towels. We were staying in a room with 3 people and there were always only 2 towels. So we asked 1 more a the reception for the room and 2 for the pool and he told us to use the same one?! Housekeeping was also weird sometimes, I had to write them a note to let them know there were 3...

'Badkamer was prachtig. Bed lag heerlijk. Ligging is perfect! Fitnesszaal is erg klein met 2 verschillende cardio-apparaten en wat dumbells. Ook lagen wij op de vijfde verdieping in een vrij gehorige kamer, waarbij je overdag veel gestommel/gebonk etc. van bovenaf hoorde. Dit was met bedtijden niet meer het geval gelukkig.'
