'great scenery, amazing host'

'House was very clean and well maintained. Communication was clear and detailed and host answered questions quickly. We had four adults over 40 years old and having the three bedrooms, two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen was perfect. The location is awesome to get to Newport quickly for events and to do local events in Middletown and Portsmouth. We enjoyed our time and would definitely book this location again with our family. There was a grill and fire-pit but we did not have the change...

'Great place! So many bedrooms! Nice private yard, great if you have a dog. Had a wonderful stay, would stay again. Close enough to Newport to drive in and out no problem, plus close to beaches. '

'A lovely, well appointed comfy home minutes from the bustle of Newport. We had a quick stay here, but would definitely book again. Beds were very comfortable, very nice linens, spacious LR, DR and kitchen area. Yard had a cute little fire pit we wish he had time to utilize. Simply charming!'
