'The hotel is right near some great restaurants and lots of cool shops are nearby. They consider themselves a minimalist hotel so no tv but we didn't care because there was so much to do, we didn't care about having a tv. The staff were super friendly and the room was spotless. The parkade is a few shops away but easy to get to. We would stay again.'

'The room was small but for my needs it was perfect. Most of my time was spent outside not inside a room. The hotel amenities were very good. It is an excellent low cost hotel choice that is in the heart of Charlottetown. Even though there was no free breakfast and a small charge for parking (free on weekends), it was still far cheaper than other hotels in the area. I would stay here again.'

'Our stay at Fairholm was exceptional. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful (specifically Sam who we mostly dealt with, but anyone we interacted with). They went above and beyond to assist with any questions or needs. The grounds are beautiful, we had an apartment and it was so nice to have the option the make food and sit at one of the outdoor spaces and have dinner or breakfast. When you want to go out everything downtown/waterfront is a few minutes walk. The most ideal location....

The room we had was not large but had everything you need including a mini kitchen. I marked four stars on facilities only because the bathroom ceiling is a little low. My husband and I are above average height so anyone above six feet may be concerned. If you are a large person I would avoid this suite as there is not much room for the toilet between the wall & sink...
