'The house was clean, wells tocked, roomy and cozy. The weather was a bit cooler during our stay so we did not go in the pool but we did sit out on the deck. It was very relaxing and peaceful listening to the pool waterfall.'

'We really enjoyed the property. The home is in a family friendly community, people wave and say hello when you walk or drive through. We enjoyed the park at the end of the street. The house is nicely decorated and clean. All the extras are included (beach towels, pool floats, bikes, a few games). The beds are comfortable and the showers have good pressure. We would stay again if ever in the area again.'

'Fantastic property on the St Johns River. Very secluded and quiet. The home has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, all boat hoists worked and were a nice addition. The dock was very welcoming and had plenty of room for all 6 of us to hangout and enjoy the water. Plenty of parking for all 3 trucks, trailers, and boats! Host was very responsive and answered any questions we had. Looking forward to coming back soon!'

'Spent a week spring break with my family in Florida. Excellent pool area, the kids loved it. The kitchen was used for every day cooking and barbecuing. Kitchen was especially spacious and easy to organize our stuff. the extra bedrooms were comfortable for my Parents and Sister and her children. This place is excellent if you want to go to the nearby towns like St. Augustine and Daytona beach. Also a good spot to stay if your seeing family and friends and can make a trip to Disney World. 'We could not have been happier with our stay in this lovely rental. This home was exceptionally clean, spacious and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and made for a very relaxing weekend. The fenced in yard and gate allowed our aging dog to be safe without worry. Management was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. We have nothing but positive things to say about this property and hope to return again in the future. 'My family and I enjoyed a long weekend at the Palm House in Palm Coast. The home is beautifully decorated, has an open floor plan and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. I could’ve spent all weekend sitting outside in the lanai. The pool was a good size and the fenced yard and mature palm trees made it feel like a secluded oasis. 'Absolutely loved it. I lived in satsuma for a few years almost 20 years ago and still have family in the area. We also had family visiting from NY and the place was excellent. So much room, a dock on the river and the public boat ramp just under a mile away! The house had everything we needed and more!!'

'The lakeside rental home was well equipped with all the household necessities and more needed to comfortably enjoy the 2 week stay. We brought our own boat and appreciated the private dock with facilities that allowed us to spend many hours on the lake fishing as well as relaxing on the attached swing and picnic table with family. Definitely recommend this property if you want a quiet get-away and the fishing in the area is great!
