'Hair on my sheets, workers didn’t even get up to help us, bathroom didn’t have essentials'

'This property was better than expected. After driving 9 hours I didn’t think about the condition of room just I wanted one. But upon walking in the room is was perfect. Very clean and spacious. The staff at the front desk was very helpful thru the stay. They recommended a great spot for souvenirs. I forgot there was free breakfast which was amazing. Hot items like biscuits and gravy and waffles, eggs sausage. It was an amazing stay if back in the area I will definitely be staying here again. '

'Clean hotel, Kind staff. Hairdryer and TV did not work, I had a room next to a machine room, which was not ideal with a lot of noise during the night. '

'Room wasn't very clean - washed down the bathroom door myself before I would touch it. Reserved a double bed room and they over booked so had to accept a room with a pull out couch that was not comfortable in any way. Breakfast was par. A lot of Holiday Inn Express are nice - this one could use an upgrade. '

'Breakfast started at 4 am which was so convenient because we had to be up early. Parking didn’t cost extra. '

'Got checked in and when going too the room the key didn’t work got a different room and when walking in it smelled like old cigarettes. The room was dirty and weird stains on the bed. When walking into the bathroom, there was mold on the ceiling Where the fan was. There was holes in the wall spit balls on the wall and TV was broken. It’s definitely a you get what you pay for hotel. '

'The breakfast was delicious, we had fun at their pool and the room was very spacious. One of my friends got upgraded to a suite for free, would book again for another trip!'

'Breakfast was really great. Lots of options and well stocked. And I am picky!!!! Clean rooms and friendly staff. Weekly rate is great. Weekend rates are a little more spendy. That could be better. But all the hotels in this area are the same '

'Was all we needed for a tournament weekend. Staff was cordial and helped with everything we needed. Only downside was no hottub but couldnt argue for the price downtown. Parking was $15 a night unless its full. Breakfast was par. Could see our family staying again. '

'We especially thought the staff was great. The maintenance man went out of his way to help. What we didn't like was being placed by a family with two large dogs that howled and barked for a good part of the evening. The walls seemed very thin and we could hear everything. The drapes let in a lot of light at the top so the room was quite light at night. and the bathroom fixtures were starting to rust and the toilet lid was lose until the maintenance man came and fixed it. 'Parking was safe and easy! Staff was friendly and super helpful! Hotel is in a great area and not to far from Walmart, target, or a hy vee along with different food places to eat. Would stay again and recommend to friends/family.'
