'This is an amazing historic building with great character. The hotel was located walking distance to Old Market. And the staff was very eager to help and friendly. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant and our meals were delicious and service was very good. The only downside was our hotel room was dirty (dusty & signs of mold in the shower). The in-room coffee pot was stinky and needed to be decalcified. And the outdoor plaza area had garbage where a guest...

'Wonderful stay'

'I had reserved a king bed hotel room, and with no notification from the hotel, was given a 2 bed standard room. When I inquired about this at the desk, I wasn't given a good reason for the change or why no notification to me was made. Just that they changed it in the system and there was not any king beds actually available. Other than this, we did enjoy the pool.'

'Nice place. However, if you get a room on the second floor plan on hearing highway traffic 24/7 and bright lights passing through all night. It is very hard to sleep. Also, the standard hotel pillows are terrible and flat. Lastly, they no longer have a shuttle to the airport. They discontinued it our first day there. '

'Dit hotel is vooral een echt casinohotel, en dat merk je aan alles. De kamers zijn prima, de bedden zijn comfortabel en er zijn veel horeca mogelijkheden in het hotel. Ook parkeren is geen probleem. In het casino mag nog gerookt worden. Bah! Dat zijn wij niet meer gewend. Maar goed, we hoefde er ook eigenlijk niet te zijn. Verder gewoon een aardig hotel voor onderweg, verwacht niets bijzonders maar het is er in ieder geval schoon en stil.'
