'The room was spacious. However, upon entering the bedroom, a wall light was found with broken lights. Immediately reported to front desk. Later, discovered drains in sinks were slow in draining; again, reported to front desk. Rugs in elevators were old and worn. During the morning of departure, could not find a cart to help transport heavy luggage from room to vehicle. Had to take multiple trips to vehicle with luggage. 'The hotel was excellent, very cute, friendly staff, and a great location. It was a great hotel for a girls weekend! The restaurant was less stellar, they were out of espresso, champagne, and waffles on a Saturday morning so I recommend eating elsewhere but the hotel itself was still 5 stars'

'There was an issue with our reservation, but the desk attendant (Chad) was most helpful and made sure we were not only satisfied with the outcome, but went over and above to make sure our stay was excellent and comfortable. We requested extra towels, blanket and pillows. These were delivered quickly without question.'
