'The room was spacious. However, upon entering the bedroom, a wall light was found with broken lights. Immediately reported to front desk. Later, discovered drains in sinks were slow in draining; again, reported to front desk. Rugs in elevators were old and worn. During the morning of departure, could not find a cart to help transport heavy luggage from room to vehicle. Had to take multiple trips to vehicle with luggage. 'Our family stayed for two nights and appreciated the clean room and comfortable beds. The breakfast selection was very good with hot and cold options that pleased each member of our group. The staff were friendly and courteous. Overall a great experience!'

'Big rooms! Great for families but not great if you want to sleep and have a quiet, normal stay. It’s just so loud. Kids running like crazy in the room above us. Doors constantly slamming in the halls and kids scream. We called with a noise complaint early in the morning and nothing changed. The breakfast is also lacking. Only eggs and sausage one morning. No waffles no oatmeal no biscuits and gravy on Saturdays. Pool was gross.'

'The entire first floor reeked of cigarette smoke and the common area off the elevators had the same smell. We had a tough time getting the AC to work (tip- switch it off auto-mode) and when we called the front desk they were not very helpful. Checked in on the app and front desk said nothing had been done. No access to streaming apps on the TV and the shower was not great. We only stayed for a single night so it was fine, but for an extended stay I would have been super disappointed.'

'Dit hotel is vooral een echt casinohotel, en dat merk je aan alles. De kamers zijn prima, de bedden zijn comfortabel en er zijn veel horeca mogelijkheden in het hotel. Ook parkeren is geen probleem. In het casino mag nog gerookt worden. Bah! Dat zijn wij niet meer gewend. Maar goed, we hoefde er ook eigenlijk niet te zijn. Verder gewoon een aardig hotel voor onderweg, verwacht niets bijzonders maar het is er in ieder geval schoon en stil.'

'We were in town for the college World Series and this was one of the cheapest places to stay ($180/night vs. $900/night). It’s a place where construction crews and other laborers stay for extended work jobs. It’s not for families with kids. There are people here who a permanent residents. That said, the rooms were clean but had no amenities. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There were a bunch of people there who were there for the college World Series, many who said they wouldn’t...

'While the room was clean and the front desk clerk was friendly, this hotel is in very, very serious need of an update. Things in the room were broken (a shelf was hanging off a wall, there was no bar on the toilet paper holder so the roll of paper was just sitting on the sink, there’s no drain cover in the sink) or so poorly maintained that it was quite depressing to be there. We will most definitely look for better accommodations if we are ever in that area again.'

'Property was not attractive. Bathroom needed repairs: no light over mirror, no sink stopper, shower leaked on floor. We paid in advance, otherwise we would have changed hotels. Very disappointing.'

'There was an issue with our reservation, but the desk attendant (Chad) was most helpful and made sure we were not only satisfied with the outcome, but went over and above to make sure our stay was excellent and comfortable. We requested extra towels, blanket and pillows. These were delivered quickly without question.'

'The hotel was excellent, very cute, friendly staff, and a great location. It was a great hotel for a girls weekend! The restaurant was less stellar, they were out of espresso, champagne, and waffles on a Saturday morning so I recommend eating elsewhere but the hotel itself was still 5 stars'
