'This property was really nice. The home was new and clean. However, upon check-in there were wasps near the front door. The management company sent someone to take care of them. The next day there were still wasps all around the front door coupled with two black widow spiders on either side of the entry.'

'There was a little confusion on the listing but the host was incredible to accommodate to fix it. She was so helpful with everything we needed the whole weekend. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. We were there for our daughter's wedding and we forgot the bridal dress there so we were stressing out about it.
