'The property is absolutely charming! When you pull up you feel immediately welcome. The yard is perfectly maintained and beautiful. The cute little cottage was perfect for our needs, just big enough for us. We had enough room when my daughter - whom we came to visit - had plenty of room with her friend to come hang out and play games. The only bummer I have to point out is the lack of fencing. I saw the fences in the pictures and never realized that they do not connect to the house. I thought...

'It was a beautiful property and a very unique stay! I would not consider it dog-friendly - lots of stairs and the deer (while cool to admire as a human) were not interested in sharing the yard with my pup! I would also travel light due to the stairs. The host was more than helpful though, I would come back! Check in while the sun is still out, it gets dark fast!'

The place has a staying with your grandparents vibe with roses, grapevines and blueberry bushes in the back yard. It was the respite we needed after a challenging workshop.'

'Stayed for almost a week and had no issues. Well we had a small issue with WIFI but was cleared up almost immediately. Owner was very responsive. Everyone said the beds were comfortable and the kitchen is nice sized to cook a reasonably large meal. Overall I’m satisfied.'

'We were up in Eugene to visit our daughter at UO. This was just the perfect spot for us. The Orchard House is walking distance to campus and other spots we love like Beppe & Giannis, Prince Pucklers, Hey Neighbor Pizza, etc. Booking was a breeze, the home was very clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed during our stay and will definitely look to book The Orchard House for our future visits to UO.'
