'I am a long term guest at seymours. It is always nice to see the team again as they are very pleasant and accommodating people. The building is old like majority of ballarat and has its quirks. The rooms are very spacious, well resourced, quiet and safe. They are always very clean. I will happily return again. Thankyou.'

'The room was nice and large and the beds were comfy. It was clean, however there was still rubbish in the bin from previous guests. Also the reception closes early and had to ring a couple of times before I got an answer to be able to get a code for the after hours box. But overall a good place to stay close to the middle of town'

'Didnt look at the pool but the room was great and the bed was very comfortable kitchen has everything that you would need and staff very polite and helpful.'

'Room was clean, minimal kitchen (or lack thereof). Beds were hard, on Expedia it shows playground and pool which makes you think its at the motel but it's cross the road which is misleading. Loud at night and light out the front of the room was bright at night. '
