'I arrived 12:30am the person at the front desk didn’t speak English he call someone who did he couldn’t find my booking I waited 15 mins finally I got in my room with no hot water at 5:00 am I got up to water flooding the living room they changed my room where I stayed till 11:00am they than told the problem couldn’t be fixed so I needed to move to another hotel …they paid the taxi to the new hotel ..which turned out to be a BLESSING they paid the taxi to take us to the new hotel .. they did all...

'This is not a hotel but rather an apartment rental. The wifi was not working and the place was infested with termites. We had to leave in the middle of the night because there were termites all over the bed. We were promised a refund but only received a partial refund. Stay in a real hotel and avoid this place. Oh they’re also doing construction next door. '

'This hotel is located in a traditional house of the old Lima. It is beautifully kept. The staff is incredible. Ice and helpful. The breakfast excellent with local produce, fresh fruits, marmalades and other dishes. A real pleasure to wake up to that every day. I booked last minute as we needed a place to hang for the day between our hotel check out at 10am and our red eye flight at midnight, and there was a deal on Expedia. 'Do not ask them to organize a taxi. They just get you an illegal one. Probably family. we had to pay 60 soles instead of normal 50 to get to the airpory. Lot's of taxis are passing by. Hotel needs to be re-decorated. They are not part of best western anymore. Hotel oke for the money we paid.'
