The hotel grounds are lovely, with a spacious garden where you can enjoy food and drink with a stunning view of the countryside. 'Lovely period house full of character with 3 floors of bedrooms. The rooms are elegantly appointed with real antique furniture. Our room had a claw foot bath and comfy double bed. Breakfast was a feast of locally produced sausages, bacon, eggs, black pudding and bread. I never eat black pudding but this was delicious so give it a try. Friendly owner was very helpful.'
