'We were in town visiting sick family and unfortunately spent most of our time at the hospital. The home was located within 15 mins of UW Hospital and many local restaurants and shopping. The home had plenty of bedrooms and space if traveling with a larger group. We did take our dog and though there isn’t much yard space the neighborhood is great for a walk. Very safe and quiet. The only negative to the house would be the stairs if anyone has mobility issues. You have to do stairs to get to...

'Needed a comfortable place for me and me two senior parents. This was the perfect spot and much nicer, cleaner and more economical than a hotel. Greeter in person by the owners who were also next door if we had questions. The fresh cut flowers were a beautiful addition. Thanks Randy and Connie! We will definitely be back!'

'Our stay at this home was just as imagined. Would definitely stay there again. We were in town to be with our daughter for Christmas. Our other daughter and their uncle flew in for the holiday. The house is in a great location, and well appointed with everything we needed. Plenty of closet space for belongings to keep everything neat and orderly. The kitchen had everything we needed (but a potato masher ... our daughter brought that over). We had plenty of room for group to eat together, bake...

'Our stay at the Pink Acorn was amazing! Kelly truly makes her guests feel welcome. She left a sweet note and lovely treats. The house is stocked with everything you need and was exceptionally clean. The beds are super comfortable and have nice cozy blankets. Am added bonus was seeing rabbits and chipmunks in the backyard. Kelly leaves directions to walk to the beach around the corner and it’s a must do…and make sure to grab some ice cream at the shop across from the park.'

'The house was roomy and extremely clean and comfortable! We were 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and a daughter (11 years old). We enjoyed being in peace and quiet, out of the comercial chaos of the Dells, but still close enough to visit if we wanted. There were lots of great restaurants in the area. The house itself had a beautiful kitchen, so we ate dinners in and lunches out. Hiking in Devil’s Lake was a highlight. Such a great stay!'

We can hang out in the morning and watch the beautiful views, and the golfers on the golf course. The house is so completely equipped. 'We were so impressed with everything about this property! The lakefront location was breathtaking and the home was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. The property owners offer many amenities that we would typically pack, dish soap/sponge, coffee filters, spices, etc. They have remembered every last detail to ensure a comfortable stay. The lakefront sunroom with its wall of windows was our favorite spot for morning coffee and an evening sunset! We would 100% return to this...

'We spent time skiing at Cascade Mt. (20 min away). This house was great for the seven of us to spend time resting and playing games and music and enjoying each others company. Would rent again. Enjoyed brunch as nearby Broadway diner in Baraboo and Pizza from Sal's in Portage.'

'Perfect location to enjoy all Baraboo and Wisconsin Dells has to offer. We hiked Devils Lake and the Riverfront in the Dells. Enjoyed visiting and eating at Driftless Glen, Ishnala and Tumbled Rock. The covered porch at the schoolhouse was especially great for our gatherings. The schoolhouse is well accommodated and the owners were extremely responsive to our needs. Highly recommend the Devils Lake Schoolhouse.'

'I rented this home with a group of friends and it was an amazing stay! I was surprised with the size of the pool which was much larger than expected. The whole home is really wonderful and I would go back again in a heartbeat!'

'My friends and I (2 couples and a single) stayed here for a friend's wedding on the east side of Madison. The location was very convenient, with Uber rides into town at about $10. We also enjoyed the nearby Olbrich gardens and bike paths. The house itself is charming and has all amenities. It is a bit creaky so you'll hear every footstep of your housemates during the stay, but it wasn't too annoying.'
