'A fabulous place to stay. Creetown is beautiful and the accommodation is friendly, safe, and spotlessly clean, as well as being very comfortable. It is also fantastic value. With a very comfy bed, great shower, free tea and coffee and a TV in the bedroom, this was a superb place in which to stay and unwind after a long day's travel. The manager is a lovely gentleman and was very helpful. I will look forward to staying here again soon

Only open for B&B but fortunately the local tearoom opens on weekend evenings for meals. Well stocked community shop next door and community pub at the end of the street. Great village and area.'

I visited with my son, daughter-in-law, and grandson — the boys enjoyed a round of golf while we girls headed to the Arts and Crafts Festival in Kirkcudbright. The hotel is full of charm, with beautiful surroundings, comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff. The food was excellent, and the whole atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
