'Wonderful spot'

'Its third visit in 13 years. We were lucky our room was available a little early. Thank you Julie. The rooms are large, comfortable with a great bathroom and spa bath. View out to the river, dividers between rooms for outside privacy. Next door to the tavern, enjoyed happy hour and went back for dinner. Food was great. Next time wanting a nice peaceful stop over will definitely book there again.'

'We thought the cabin that we were assigned was extremely expensive for the condition of the building and for the location in the park. We were right on the main road… our bedroom window looked directly on to the footpath of main road. Considering the emptiness of the park that night, I thought we could have been assigned a nicer spot.'

'Haven Waters is my go to place for overnight accommodation when travelling north . It is always spotlessly clean and comfortable- good beds, great shower and kitchen facilities. Real milk supplied none of the long life stuff. All for a reasonable price.'

'The caravan park is in a gorgeous position with unbeatable scenic views over the water and mountains and is tranquil and well run. The very old cottage we hired is adequate but showing its age quite badly. and could do with a refresh. Although it comes with kitchen provisions eg plates saucepans etc they are fairly sparse particularly since the cottage sleeps up to 7. Fridge is large however and quite new. The fully enclosed little area at back is a bonus if you have a dog. Tv works well,...

'While not close to supermarkets and beach was a very easy drive and had a take away store around the corner. The boardwalk along the river was good for walking the dogs.'

'Great amenities, check-in was easy and staff very pleasant and helpful. cabin was a bit worn and dated. Very convenient to the beach and well setup for the two small dogs that travelled with us. Had a great stay and intend to go back.'

'Wat een geweldig park, lokatie en verblijf! We hadden een Safari tent op palen met uitzicht op de oceaan. Super de luxe ingericht, zeer ruim en erg comfortabel. Het enige puntje was dat het erg koud was (we waren er in juli) en de airco de grote ruimte niet genoeg kon verwarmen. We hadden wel extra fleecedekens dus daar hebben we gebruik van gemaakt. Ik kan het iedereen aanraden om hier te verblijven. Fantastisch!'

'One of the best in Taree. I've stayed at a few properties in Taree for work in 2026 so far. Hands down the most luxurious and cleanest. The couple running it are lovely and go above and beyond. Everything was spotless. Clean linen, clean frigde, clean utensils, clean floor and more. It was immaculate. I especially loved the back outside area along the garden as an extra space to relax. 'When we arrived to check in the lady asked for my card details and when I asked why when I have already paid I was told she was just doing her job. Strange as i had paid in full. She was very helpful in directing us to the best places to eat. The rooms were big, clean and spacious the beds were super comfy and there wasn't much noise when we were there, the bathrooms were OK. The shower looked like it had seen better days and it had no water pressure that being said I did read a pre warning...
