Then there was fecal matter on the wall I had to leave after that. I couldn’t take anymore then seeing a woman outside with just a shirt and no underwear when leaving around a group of men and some other girls was insane… when I checked out I got the dirtiest look but I was disgusted and terrified to stay over...

'Our original room was 343. It was a nice room, but the ER was right beside our room. We could see the beach, but wanted to see the whole lenght of the beach. We moved to the fifth floor room 543 and it was perfect. And a little more quiet. The rooms are laid out well with plenty of space to store shoes, suitcases, etc. I like all the hooks on the wall to hang up coats, robes, etc. The balcony was nice. 'Clearly a recent building or very well renovated given the paint smell when entering the room (wich was noticeable but gone very quickly when turning on the airconditioning). Very light and modern setting with friendly and helpful staff. Not directly to the beach so you’re located at a more quiet place. Yet the beach is less then a 5 minute walk where there’s a plethora of dining options to choose from along the coastline. Divided with cute little beach shops in between. Would stay again and...

'I expected better from a Best Western. The evening front desk was friendly and tried to help. Our TV did not work. The front desk lady gave us a different remote and turned it off and on. She said to wait 7 minutes and it would work. It did not. We were already in PJ's so just went to bed. I like to watch TV before I sleep and in the morning to watch the weather especially on a trip.
