'We found the location to be very convenient. A short walk across the street to the beach very close to the pier (which has shade). Kids loved the pool. Having the dedicated parking spots was nice. Though we were here in peak summer we did not have any issues with parking even beyond the two dedicated spots. Only note i'd make is that all the bedrooms are on the second or third floor. not an issue for us but something to consider if you have guests with stair challenges. Grocery store is...

'It was so nice to get away and enjoy the beach and the pool with my family. We come to the Carolina coast every year. We usually flip between Emerald Isle and Top Sail Beach. This location and Condo was perfect. '
