'Front desk was really outstanding. Breakfast was great with an outstanding variety. Dirty socks on the floor of our room. No extra blanket and the air conditioning was on and the room was about 63 degrees. We love Home2Suites, however this was a little run down and unkempt compared to what we've grown to expect. '

'Hotel was great, breakfast was good ,perfect stay only issue was the house keeper on my floor, I had just checked in and order Uber eats for pizza to my door and I tipped the delivery driver and the housekeeper Lisa comes around to my door and tells out “you better be tipping me like that too since I’m the one who cleaned your room” as we just checked in , the next day we asked for a trash bag and she proceeds to tell us again to make sure we leave a good tip , the day of check out we ask for...

'El hotel esta en una zona tranquila y las condiciones de mi habitación estuvieron aceptables solo percibi una pequeña mancha en la sabana al parecer oxido de la plancha… el desayuno es bien basico solo wafles pan y cafe no vas a encontrar proteinas… pero es una buena opción para descansar y dormir de pasada. 'The young female front desk representative was not friendly at all. The pillows were old & flimsy. I really felt as if, we would have been better off had we stopped at Walmart to buy my own. The bed was really old & uncomfortable bed altogether. The were very stingy with clean towels. 2 towels max so no towel to step on after a shower, No hand towel for drying hands, no spillage of any kind. When I requested more towels, we had to return a towel to get a new towel. This was totally a bare...

'Quality Inn has a policy in McDonough of charging a refundable damage deposit at the time of check-in. This is inconvenient, unneccsary, and insulting. I have travelled quite a bit, but this is unusual. I will not stay at this locarion again. The damage deposit policy probably costs the owner more in lost business than he will ever recover. It is also inconvenient and insulting to have to wait until the room is inspected after check-out to receive my deposit.'
