Housekeeping services were not provided daily as expected. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations. Additionally, after expressing concerns about these issues, I was told to leave without a refund. Unfortunately, the customer service and overall experience were disappointing.'

'My room had molded towels, floor towel, trim missing, no coffee , crackheads walking around, room had. Nothing to offer but a bed , tv ....'

'hot tub small room clean , but much smaller than the picture had to slam the door to close it from inside the lock on inside to keep door from opening all the way was broke . breakfast was little to nothing ...haft of the staff was rude the hallway had a bad smell like mold and something odd ! had very few guest . wife and myself were a bit disappointed may be a bit of a under statement !'

'​I ended up checking out early because I simply couldn't get a good night's rest here. The overall cleanliness was a major issue—the bed sheets did not feel properly cleaned, and the towels actually had hair on them. Fortunately, I always bring my own towels, but if you stay here, I highly recommend bringing Lysol and rubbing alcohol. ​On top of that, the room felt incredibly muggy and humid. It is not a place I will ever go to again, even on a budget.'
