'This is an incredibly nice hotel with lots of interesting artifacts on display, an excellent conference room, nice continental breakfast, and very comfortable and spacious rooms. There are no elevators but there are only 2 floors. This may influence your decision whether to stay here if stairs are a problem for you. The staff members are articulate, very friendly and helpful. Stairs super squeaky, like the floor below the carpet was about to crumble. Back door had a rock propping it open every time we came down the stairs, so our safety at times felt questionable. Probably won’t ever go here again. Worth the extra money to stay somewhere else.'

'After we checked in and our kids were changed to go swimming we went to the pool only to find out that someone had literally pooped in the pool, like 15 turds all over the bottom of the pool. Alerted the front desk because they were unaware, so they closed the pool and refunded our money because that was the main purpose of coming to Dayton a day early was so our kids could swim and we would be in town the following morning to go to the Air Force Museum. Staff was very apologetic and nice even...

'Fairly new very clean property with minimalist design. Really nice bathroom. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is ok and lady that tends to it is very diligent. The problem that we had was an infestation of gnats on the second floor. It made it difficult to enjoy that room but the others that we had were fine.'

'Amazing hotel: feels brand new. Nice porch with rocking chairs in front of the hotel where you can sit with your drinks. Very laidback. Room was very clean and again felt very new. Parking was very easy. Reception staff was all right, but felt a bit distant (at several occasions). '
