Ruim 3 BR 2 badkamers Deep Canal Pool Home

Onlangs gerenoveerd Ruim 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers huis aan het water met een afgeschermd verwarmd zwembad met een aangrenzend omheind terras met tafel en stoelen. Er is een drijvend dok aan een diepe gracht om uw boot te herbergen. Gemakkelijke toegang tot de Golf en Kings Bay. Slechts enkele minuten van het Archeologisch Museum, Citrus Avenue Shopping, Restaurants, Kings Bay, Hunter Springs Park, Three Sisters Springs Park., En zwemmen met de lamantijnen. De plaatselijke boothelling ligt op slechts 1,6 km van het huis aan West State Park Street bij Crystal River Water Sports, dat achter de Days Inn ligt. Er zijn 4 volwassen Lifetime zit bovenop kajaks en twee kinderen 5+ Lifetime zit bovenop kajaks met peddels en reddingsvesten. Geweldige locatie om te zwemmen met de lamantijnen, vissen, schelpdieren en alle andere activiteiten. Geweldig rustig en kalm diepwaterkanaal om te kajakken en vissen, zelfs op WINDY dagen. We bieden een propaangasgrill, Keurig en koffiepotten, volledige keuken, handdoeken, beddengoed, zeep, shampoo, crèmespoeling, toiletartikelen en papieren handdoeken.

Restful Retreat

Our family enjoyed the peace and quiet in this beautiful rental home. We had everything that we needed. Carl was the perfect host! He kept us entertained with his humor as he gave us a guided tour of the house. His recommendation of local restaurants was extremely helpful as well. Would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Crystal River area.

Immaculate, Waterfront Home with spacious master bedroom with sitting/dressing area. Light and airy family room, screened pool —- renovated with Split bedroom layout for privacy. Kitchen is well stocked and has granite countertops & new cabinets. Kayaks are provided and local restaurants, Hunter Springs and other park areas are just a few miles away. Hope to return. House is in a beautiful location, right on the water and you can see the canal from the living area. We greatly enjoyed relaxing in the pool and on the porch. Crystal Springs has a nice small town feel and we enjoyed going out to see the manatees. Would definitely recommend!

Located in a quiet neighborhood, property was exactly as described. Large family room overlooking deep canal. Water temp in pool was great. Everything in house was brand new and worked perfectly. A great spot for family looking for a laid back vacation with restaurants and shopping just a few miles away. Plenty to do for everyone!!!

Wonderful stay

Love this home! This was the 2nd time we stayed here, both times were in Sept for my hubby’s bday. The pool is the perfect thing to stay cool. We brought floats this time and I can say this was the most peaceful thing to do, is lay in the float & relax in the pool. The home is very spacious but very comfy and homey. We both were able to relax and enjoy. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your home.

Perfect get away spot

We loved our stay. House was perfect for our family to relax and also enjoy the outdoors in Crystal River. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and very clean. We enjoyed the screened in pool and kayaks on the canal. The kind owner met us to check in and give a tour of the property (and recommend a great restaurant). We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

High Quality Home

You could not ask for a more comfortable home. Had everything you would need. Very clean and made you feel warm and welcome. My only regret was I should have booked it for at least a week. Exceeded expectations

My wife and I stayed here 5 weeks Feb/Mar. The home was spotless—the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in by far! Very nicely decorated and HUGE! We had our daughter and her 3 kids down for a week and there was still a ton of extra room. Used the grill many times, the kayaks a bunch and the pool extensively! Carl was very responsive and helpful with info about the area. He and his wife suppled the home with everything we might need during our stay and the kitchen was very well equipped. Very quiet neighborhood yet very close to town, parks, restaurants, all the Crystal River attractions. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Beautiful pool home to relax in a quiet area

Amazing home to relax in for a getaway. The neighborhood is so quiet. Home has everything you need to cook meals and close to the grocery store to get what you need. Spacious home. Amazing sunsets seen from the pool and nice and dark outside for star gazing out back. The pool was so awesome to get in to cool down on hot days in September. Only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Thank you for sharing your home, until next time.

We were in town to visit family and this place was great. We brought our 22ft boat and had no problems with space. Carl even let us dock our boat there before check in!! The boat launch is right down the road. The house had everything we needed. All we had to do was buy groceries. Thank you Carl!!

Beyond Fabulous!

My husband and I stayed 4 days/3 nights with 3 of our grandkids. The owner met us at check in to give us a short tour and let us know he was available any time for questions or concerns. We had neither. We cooked all meals while there, and never ran across anything we needed that wasnt supplied. Plenty of dishes, utensils, coffee, platters, etc. The view from the house was amazing with all the sliders to the outside, the pool area, and the screened in patio. We had our 21 foot boat, and the floating dock was perfect size. The beds were comfy, and the master was huge! We also really appreciated the earlier than normal check in, and later than normal check out. Definitely our #1 home for a return visit!

This home in Crystal River was absolutely beautiful! The home was spotless, the decor was gorgeous, and there were many wonderful amenities. The host Carl was very helpful and friendly. We visited Crystal River to swim with the manatees and explore nature. Carl’s place was the perfect place to do so!
