'This is beautiful, charming hotel. We loved everything about it - the friendly staff, cute decor, and of course the champagne breakfast. If you want something special and not a cookie cutter hotel this is a great pick'

'Great service and staff'

'The management was friendly and the newly renovated waa clean We stayed there for an early hospital appt. The bed was alittle too high for my 95 year old mom. The beds were comfortable. .'

'It is an old property that needs further refurbishment. We waited five minutes at check in and finally called for service. Office was closed at 8:45am when when departed. We had to leave the key in our room. One bottle of water in the room otherwise no amenities, coffee or tea, refrigerator, bottle opener. I'd expect more for the rate. They did have two wine glasses. Our garden view looked at roofs. If you leaned over you could see umbrellas below. Second floor walk up. The rooms were just old...

'Everything about this hotel is amazing. The food, rooms, amenities, everything. Craig was an amazing host! So warm and welcoming. Made our stay as easy as possible. Very clearly has a lot of love and care for the property and all the people that come and stay here. Without a doubt, this will be the first location I think of anytime I come to, or recommend, Calistoga, St Helena, or Napa!'

'We had a great time here. Everyone was very nice, the place was clean and the hot tub was perfect after walks and wine tasting! We will be back!'

'The room was very comfortable & what I expected from the pictures. The best treat was the spa experience. We enjoyed the workout facility, massages, the sauna, magnesium outdoor hot tub, adult pool etc. Food was good. We enjoyed biking from hotel into town. Lovina had amazing brunch. Fan of the Napa/Calistoga Valley area! We’ll be back.'

'Check-in was seamless and the staff was super friendly. The hotel is older, so some things are a bit dated, but the rooms have been updated. My only complaint is the walls are paper thin. We stayed downstairs, but the people next to us came in having an argument. Doors were slammed, you could hear exactly what they were fighting about. That is my only con at this hotel. Great location, walking distance to everything downtown.'

'Very beautiful cottage by a creek, enjoyed the stay for three nights, just a hiccup checking in. When we arrived at 4 pm, It was raining and the office is closed, and we have to call to get checked in.'

'The resort fee of $60 a day was basically a cash grab because other than wifi you got nothing. My only negative on the hotel.'

'Good location with a small hot springs fed pool. The staff was helpful and friendly. No breakfast is provided but the Calistoga Roastery opens early and is excellent - maybe 1/2 mile walk into town. They have a coffee machine in the lobby but for early risers, you can’t access it till 8.AM. Cold filtered water is always available for water bottles.'

'Stayed at Hotel Olea for a night and it was such a peaceful, well-designed landscape. The boutique feel really comes through, everything feels intentional, from the cute decor to the quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. Our room was equipped with a fireplace which was welcoming in this cold weather. Service was friendly. Star was working the front desk and she was very personable and very helpful, which I appreciated. We enjoyed the their artisan breakfast the morning...

'Heart place to stay. Went for an overnight girls trip... Perfection'

'The room was not quite ready when we checked in around 11pm. Toilet has pee mark on it. Sink is broken so water not draining that we have to fix it ourselves as it was pretty late. When check out next day and shared these to staff, they didn’t say anything. The room has only one robe so we needed another one to go to mineral pool and I went to front desk to request it , they said they will ask stuff to deliver one it didn’t happen the whole morning. And my son left his contact lens in hotel....
