'Everything good except check in was clunky. Arranged to arrive after hours and collected directions to room, except the room allocated was already occupied. Couldn’t contact host as his phone was turned off, so after waiting in lounge room for an hour, I ended up just finding a vacant room and crashing in there for the night. 'This is the best B&B I've ever stayed at. It's an older place but very well maintained and cared for. The rooms are spacious with a private patio. The place is well sound proof as we did not hear our neighbours at all. The location is walkable to town and is only 10 mins to Margaret River. Pam and Brad (owners) are wonderful hosts and make you feel at home. We look forward to seeing them at breakfast every morning. They use locally sourced goods from hand soaps to breads.
