'Got to the hotel and was quickly greeted by staff to check in. Room was spacey and nicely cleaned and set up. My mom stays in hotels often and is picky and this was her favorite one to date! I plan to stay here for future trips due to our amazing experience with this hotel and its staff! '

'Even though I made a reservation there was no room for me when I got there. The front desk was very rude, unhelpful and completely unapologetic. Very disappointing especially as I am a platinum Marriott member. '

'The room is adequate. The beds are so hard you might as well sleep on cement. Laundry was out of order for the entire stay. Woman at desk was nice and easy to deal with: other staff not so much. Lots of people hanging around outside smoking, gathering, etc. location good and close to highway, but you have to make 1 million u turns to get to anything nearby like stores, food, gas. '

'This property was extremely disappointing. Charged me for an ESA when I made it clear 3 times prior to my arrival that I have a service animal. Then refunded $10 less than what they took from my account. Additionally, our bathroom light stopped working on our second day and they couldn’t accommodate us in a similar room so they gave us an additional room and we had to use the bathroom in one room and sleep in both. It was not at all convenient. Will NEVER patronize this hotel or any other...

'Clean room but very loud bed. Everytime i moved the noise woke me up. It was a metal base that would make a loud pop.'

'The property needs upgrades. When i checked in at the stated check in time, the staff said my room wasnt clean and didn't know if they had any clean rooms available. I ended up waiting over thirty minutes for them to manually go floor by floor to check if they had any clean king size rooms. Not inpreesed.Wont be back. '

'ther was a problem with internet so I moved after unpacking in the first room only to find the internet was just as bad in the second. It would run slowly and then shut off completely'

'The room was old. The fridge wouldnt close. We had to brace things against it to keep it closed There was a roach crawling on the bathroom counter. There was a dirty sock under the bed. Wont stay at Days Inn again'

'So so dirty! Left after 20 min. My daughter started itching after sitting on the bed. Mold in showers and ceiling all over the room. Will include pictures when I can. '

There was only this one lady(staff she was knitting )that spoke to everyone except for me and my family, and my child dropped the piece of paper, not noticing, but the lady picked it up so aggressively as if she was aggravated with us being down there eating breakfast'
