'I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The floor in my room was visibly dirty, and the entire bedroom had a terrible, unpleasant smell that made it uncomfortable to stay.
The staff was not welcoming or helpful at all. Instead of feeling like a guest, I felt like an inconvenience. Customer service was cold and unfriendly, which only made the experience worse.
