Voordat we ingecheckt waren waren de koffers al boven 3e etage met de trap. 2e dag kregen we spontaan een nieuwe, betere kamer op de begane grond aangeboden. Hulp bij de verhuizing. Laatste dag: we waren laat terug voor de lunch. 2 medewerkers zochten ½ uur naar een restaurant waar we nog terecht konden. We werden door de manager persoonlijk naar het restaurant gebracht. En ze regelden dat het restaurant...
