I was responding to a barking complaint from other guests and was trying to get back to the room as quickly as possible to check on my dogs and address the issue. However, when I arrived, my keys would not work because they had been deactivated. This delayed my ability to resolve the complaint and created unnecessary stress during an already urgent situation. I understand that hotels may have policies...

'Very nice hotel. The only strange thing was the staff, which is remote to this location, interfacing through a kiosk computer in the lobby. Probably that offsets the costs, but I would still prefer a human on location in case some events require it. Otherwise, the room was very small but clean, and the location is good. It does the job for one or two days maximum I would say.'
