'Der Rezeptionist hat zuerst unsere Buchung nicht gefunden, hat ca. eine Stunde gedauert bis wir in einem schmutzigen Zimmer gehen dürften. Der Tag danach wurde unser Zimmer mit einem "Besseren" ausgetauscht, aber das war schon gar nicht besser. Sehr laut, schmutzig und nie wieder.'

'Was not a good experience whatsoever, turned up, staff member unhappy even though I had told them I will be coming a different time, no service whatsoever, please note the lift is on the first floor so if you have luggage you have to carry it up a set of stairs and the helpers come after you’ve dragged luggage yourselves '

'Stayed there with family and kids. We were not expecting much from this hotel as we were only there to sleep... Sheets were stained, beds are OK if you are 4ft tall. The main problem for us was with the frontdesk staff blasting music over their phone speaker until 3:30 AM, we had to politely ask them if they could use their earphones at least 6 times but they did not seem to see the problem....anyhow if you are looking for a hotel to stay in this area the comfort inn is slightly more expensive...
