'Great stay!! I arrived early but was able to drop off my luggage. Lukas met me at reception and was very kind and clear with instructions. Beautiful room, no issues whatsoever. The room faced a relatively busy street but I didn't find it noisy at all. Although there is no on-site breakfast, they are kind enough to provide a kitchen area with some basics like bread, cereal and fruit for anyone who wants along with some discount coupons for nearby cafes. 'We stayed in a room with private bathroom. The private bathroom is outside the room which is not mentioned in the description of the room, however, this was not an issue at all. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean, the staff we also polite. We lost the Wi-Fi connection on the second day of our stay but the staff politely provided me with a new Wi-Fi and password to connect to.'

'We had a lovely time in Edinburgh, and that was in no small part thanks to the this gem of a b&b. The location is good. You can walk to the city centre (20 minutes, uphill) or take a bus (8 minutes, 4 pounds for a dayticket, 1,60 pounds for a single ride). Leith and Arthur's seat are also not that far. The area has some supermarkets and other nice shops. The room was good. Nothing too special, but it was clean and had all the amenities you'd need for a city trip. It was obvious that the...

'Fijn hotel. Geen eigenaar gezien, maar desondanks liep het soepel. Welkomstdrankje in de vorm van Port op de kamer was leuk. Ligt wel een flinke wandeling van het centrum, maar de wandeling is heel onderhoudend. '

'Ondanks dat de buitenkant van het hotel er sjofel uitzag was de kamer schoon en netjes, nieuwe badkamer, goed bed en er was een een tv. De buren waren de eigenaren. Dat was een heel goed Indisch,Nepalees restaurant hotel, waar we s'avonds heel goed gegeten hebben en 'morgens ontbeten. Vriendelijk personeel en dat alles heel betaalbaar. '
