'I booked the Villa for myself and 11 close friends to help me celebrate my 60th birthday. Ginny (the owner) was so helpful and made sure that everything went smoothly, gave us so many ideas and things to do. She really went out of her way to make this wonderful. The rooms were in excellent condition – spacious and well-maintained, offering a very comfortable and enjoyable environment. Cleanliness throughout the accommodation was clearly a priority, which I truly appreciated. Service was consistently good, with staff being attentive and helpful. "Good hotel in a beautiful location next to Maho Beach, but I had an unpleasant experience on my last day. I was unexpectedly asked to move to another room because someone else was supposed to stay in mine — apparently, other guests were more important than me. I also requested a late checkout, which was confirmed until 11:30 AM. However, when the time came, no one seemed to know about it. I got a call asking why I hadn’t checked out yet, and a grumpy housekeeper showed up, saying she knew nothing about the late checkout. Not a nice way to be treated."
