'Beautiful home and friendly staff! Great breakfast'

'There were no working phones in the room, so I could not contact the staff and had to walk to the front desk to report that the TV was not working. The TV was out and did not work for 45 minutes; the staff did not arrive until 20 minutes after I walked to the front desk. She has some basic essentials and treats waiting for you so you don't have to run out to the store when you arrive. She is so thoughtful that she even...
