'Excellent property - as described by Laura our host. We are very familiar with the island and we had a great stay. The property is located outside of Vineyard Haven reasonably close to Lambert's Cove area. You definitely need a car to get around, but with that, everything is easy. Very clean, quiet, and well stocked. Laura was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.'

'This home is truly that, a welcoming escape nestled in the woods. It’s elevated beach-style furnishings feel hand-picked. We traveled with a 14 month old — the house had high-quality baby must haves, pack and play and high chair. We had the pleasure of a responsive host and caretaker. 'We spent two weeks on Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard this summer, and the few days we spent here were the best. The communication with the host reserving the property, getting great advice regarding scheduling ferries, and information on Lucy Vincent Beach was incredible! We were able to go to Lucy Vincent Beach as a result of renting here and it was a beautiful few days. It was an incredible experience. Eric and Catherine have made sure you have everything you could need, very well appointed place. 'Normally, I rent a large house with two or three couples; but this year we decided to take a last minute trip to MV for the Labor Day (2024) weekend. I was pleased to find a place at such short notice and at a reasonable price. This place did not disappoint! It is brand new, had everything that we needed; including a washer and dryer, beach chairs, and linens. We were close to downtown Vineyard Haven. We were sorry we didn’t have more time to spend there, but would definitely come back again....
