'We had 4 couples and 4 kids, and booked almost 2 years in advance for the eclipse. The Rusty Rio is quaint and what it appears to be....a fun and "campy" spot. The only gripe we had was that when we booked, we filtered rentals that had hot tubs, and hot tub was listed as an amenity. It didn't work, and likely hasn't for many years. 'We enjoyed a three night stay. The Frio Fun team was very responsive in terms of clarifying our questions. They manage over 30 homes in the area and know the market well! Enjoyed smores on the outdoor fire pit, star gazing (even saw a Starlink Train!), giant jenga on the porch, foosball matches inside, and delicious food prepared on the grill and spacious kitchen. This is a well built well maintained unit at a competitive price to market!'

Upon the arrival of the home and inspection windows were broken, blinds were broken or missing. There was no fire extinguisher and the air condition filter was extremely dirt. 'This is a perfect little place to clear your mind and enjoy nature while still having everything you need. The whole ranch is beautiful. The back deck is perfect for grilling and relaxing. Nice yard in front with a great porch to enjoy also.'
