Best hotel!
Lovely hotel in a great location in Dalat. Very central and walkable area although a bit hilly throughout the entire city. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were very good. This is a great choice for your stay in Dalat!

There was a lot of noise because it was a night market nearby, but I liked that it was easy to move around. I liked that the staff welcomed us kindly. But we didn't give a welcome tea, so we wondered a little why we didn't. The staff who guided us to our room was kind, and it was comfortable and nice to have a staff who could speak Korean when we checked out. The carrier storage service was good, but I probably felt bad about who spilled the cake on my carrier because there was a cake lump on it, but everything was okay because the staff was kind.

The staff was very attentive and courteous from start to finish and they deserve a solid 5 stars! The room on the other hand was average: beds were comfy but the washroom layout is not the best (looks fancy but not the most practical) and the soundproofing is lacking (we can hear honking even on the 9th floor). The breakfast buffet offers good variety, but would be nice a touch if items were clearly labelled whether is they are vegan/vegetarian. Location is ok if you're into the local wet/dry market experience (most of the vendors do sell identical items). I would rate my overall experience a 3.5 stars.

Walls are very thin. You can hear everything from hallway, outside and neighboring rooms. Check in process was unorganized and we had to provide our passports a second time. Overall facility needs some maintenance. It wasn’t as clean and updated as the photos showed on the website. I think this is closer to a feel of 3 star hotel instead of a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was good. It had many options to choose from. Very convenient to eat in the morning. Make sure to read the fine print of the room details, as some rooms in this hotel doesnt have windows. I booked a window room but others in the group accidentally booked the windowless room. It was a very convenient walking location to restaurants and shopping.
