Excellent location, totally walkable. Great breakfast, large guest room. We were in on a Saturday night above a wedding in the dining room, thankfully the music ended at 10:00 the front desk was extremely apologetic, just happy it didn’t go til the wee hours. Enjoyed it so much, we booked an extra night while we were there.

amazing place
amazing place, great staff, wonderful breakfast my only 2 complaints are that the bed was to soft for me, so I ended up with a bad back that did not last long once I got a nice hard bed, and the other thing was the bidet hose did not have enough water pressure for me, but still an amazing place great staff, great area, would highly recommend this hotel and would still go and stay there again it is that nice

Better than a three star hotel
A lovely hotel overlooking the lake.A pleasant walk into the town.The breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice.The staff were charming.Very conveniently the airport shuttle stopped at the hotel for only 40000 dongeach a bargain.The bedrooms were spacious although the balconies are too small to sit on.

Enjoyed my stay here, Hotel room are simple and elegant and the free breakfast are delicious. The location are quite noisy because in front of the hotel are Big C supermarket, many vehicle passing by and the music from the square around Big C are loud at night, luckily all the voice stop when the time reach 11pm.

서비스 최고
숙소가 춥기는 하지만 직원들의 친절, 진짜 맛있는 조식이 이 숙소를 좋은 경험으로 남기게 해줬다. 물론 숙소가 히터가 없고 달랏은 춥다는 것을 감안해 고객 편의성으로는 좀 떨어지나 접근성, 서비스가 좋아서 다시 택하라고 하면 택할 수도 있을 듯합니다.

Very noisy. Close to a major road and a park people like to Kareoke in. Doors and windows don’t close very well so a lot of noise will leak in.

Nice hotel with perfect location
It is a nice hotel at an excellent location. Not too far from the Center, still not in a crowded area. An ideal location. Room was good, spacious. I like that. My room was with city view, doesnt offer any good scenery though. Very spacious washroom, but some very basic amenities were missing-like no proper (very small) space for keeping soaps. I missed the variation in the breakfast, not much options. Still I would recommend this hotel because of location, rooms, comfort. Wifi was really good.

Great hotel over looking lake. One of the best breakfast of any hotel we have stayed at. Short wolk to town. Beautifull large room with huge bathroom. Extremely helpfull staff.

整個大叻都是非常一般的地方
大叻可以觀光的地方真的不多，而且相比其他地方的人非常不友善。這家酒店真的挺舊的，一共就四層樓，標準房和高級房在1樓或2樓，房間老舊，窗戶還不能正常關好。半夜有人莫名其妙在走廊上遊蕩，挨個敲房門，整夜都不安穩。前台辦理入住的時候會扣押護照不歸還，退房的時候才還，說是幫住客保存防止住客丟失護照，真的聞所未聞。而且住客資料就放在前台桌面上無人看管，我們強烈要求退還護照才還給我們。唯一好處就是門口是機場巴士的停落點。

Séjour excellent hormis le lit...
A part un lit pourvu d'un surmateles aussi dur que le sol, nous n'avons aucun reproche à faire à cet établissement. Tout le personnel est à l'écoute prêt à vous apporter tout service. Le transfert privé aéroport hôtel est exceptionnel dans un van de luxe. Les repas au restaurant sont très abordables. La situation de l'hôtel pour visiter Da Lat est impeccable. Bref hormis le lit tout est excellent.

A return to Dalat, the foggy city.
This was my 2nd stay at this hotel since 2016 thanks to its great location that not only it faces the famous Hồ Xuân Hương lake but also it is a walking distance to most local shops and restaurants. There is no issues with the hotel services in regards to customer service, room cleanliness, amenities and the continental breakfast which was included in the package. They were awesome. And the price was right.

Great stay
Hotel is basically across the street from the lake. My room did not have a view but did not bother me. The bathroom was big enough to throw a party in it. Staff was super efficient and breakfast had a great variety. Walkable to the night market and Crazy House. Loved it.

No frills, but Excellent Basic Hotel in Da Lat
It is a good hotel for the price. No frills but an excellent basic hotel. Breakfast was good with a lot of local fare. Be sure to follow the day tours and car rental, as it will bring you to a lot of good locations in Da Lat for a low price.

Attractive setting but rather far from the action
The Ngoc Phat Dalat hotel is right across from the lake, quite a lovely setting. We had a room with a view. However, this is quite far from the main part of town, perhaps a 15-20 minute walk. There are not many restaurants or services around. The room was big, decorated in a rather old-fashioned style. Comfortable bed, reasonable lighting. Breakfast was underwhelming though acceptable. Our main complaint was that the staff were rather cold and unfriendly, compared to other hotels in Vietnam where we stayed on our trip.

Excellent hotel and location
Absolutely the best hotel experience in Vietnam so far - in 10 years about 30 times here. Staff very friendly and helpful, room clean and spacious and everything is in order. Only minus is from breakfast, it's difficult to find something to eat as a foreigner and all "hot meals" like french fries and sausages were cold 30 minutes before closing time. Extra thanks for wonderful driver and guide from the hotel, Tuan, for his very friendly attitude and excellent knowledge about Da Lat area. Next time I'll stay here again!

A conveniently located hotel.
Quite a good location. Opposite a lake. There is a Big C supermarket opposite, too. 15 minutes walk to the city centre, which is quite noisy. The only setback is that there is no air conditioning system. Overall, it's good.

とても快適なホテルでした
一泊の滞在でしたが、部屋も綺麗でスアンフーン湖も目の前にありロケーションもいいので大変満足しました。散歩がてら湖のまわりを歩いて15分ほどでダラット市場にも行けます。 今回は三人での旅行でしたが、ちゃんとシングルベッドが3つあったのも嬉しかったです。 朝ごはんはブュッフェスタイルで、カウンターでオーダーするフォーが美味しかったです。 空港までのシャトルバス（有料）がでているのもとても便利でした。

미니바만 조심하면 다 좋음!
스위트룸이었는데 가격도 착하고 넓다. 냄새와 벌레에 예민한편인데다 달랏이 습한곳이라 걱정을 많이 했는데 진짜 냄새도 안나고 깨끗했음. 저녁까지 환기 시키는 덕분인듯 장점 1.바로 길건너 빅씨마트가 있어 쇼핑편리 2.청결,냄새,벌레 굿 3.공항버스 종점. 택시탈필요없음 단점 1.조식은 기대말자. 달랏은 싸고 맛있는게 많다^^ 2.체크아웃때 뜯지도 않은 물병 뜯어있다고 돈내라고 함. . 만동 500원이니깐 그냥 줬지만, 억울함. 미니바 사진찍어둘껄. . 3.저녁에 주변에 음식점없음.택시비가 싸니깐

호텔이 아담하고 조용하지만..호텔 주변에 바로 주택가라서 전망은 그닥입니다. 하지만 조식과 친절한 직원들이 있어 좋았습니다.

地點進春鄉湖，前往機場的shuttle bus在飯店大門口有一個停靠站，很方便! 這次入住，櫃檯員工還主動提早三小時讓我們check in休息! 對於坐夜車的旅客很貼心

깨끗하고 편리한 호텔
3일을 머물렀는데 매일 다른 조식이 괜찮았습니다. 호텔 길 건너에 빅C마트도 있고, 호텔에서 달랏야시장까지 걸어서 15분 정도였구요 저녁에 덥지 않아서 산책겸 천천히 걸어가기도 좋았어요. 따로 우리에게 말을 해주진 않았는데 룸을 업그레이드 해주신것 같아요. 욕실도 있고 방도 몹시 넓었도 무엇보다 싱글침대 2인 예약이었는데 세명이서 자는 침대로 변경해주셨어요! 단점이 하나 있나면 룸의 조명이 너무 어둡다는거.. 불 키도 침대옆의 무드등까지 모두 키고 있었답니다. 이것하나 빼고는 모두 좋았어요!

Vue sur le Lac
Petit passage à Da Lat très agréable et surprenant. Les conditions de température sont plus tempérées ce qui permet à la ville d'être très dynamique avec une bonne qualité de vie. Rassemblant les richesses régionales elle tire vers le haut l'ensemble de la région. L'hotel va dans le même sans, avec un service de navette indépendant pour aéroport très efficace. Le restaurant est excellent. Bien situé au centre ville avec une vue magnifique sur le lac.
