Goed hotel voor redelijke prijs
Helaas geen vaste airco en het personeel is niet echt vriendelijk. Ontbijt was oke maar niet fantastisch. Vanwege de centrale ligging erg veel geluid In de kamers. Ligging/locatie is wel fsntastisch en alleen om die reden een aanrader.

I'm not sure why this was rated so high. Yes the place was clean and safe. However the rooms are very outdated. There are alarms on each door and they will go off everytime as the crappy doors don't close properly on first try. The lights go off at all hours of the night and wake you up. While yes the location is very central which is what is advertised it is very very noisy. You can hear traffic that doesn't stop throughout the night. If you have a "lakeview", even ear plugs won't help. I also don't think there is a spa (did not see anything there). Overall it was just average with some annoyances with noise and doors. I definitely dont think it deserves an 8 rating more a 6.

Stayed 2 nights in 3rd floor presidential suite. Huge Master bath with adequate shower and bidet. 2nd room with 2 double beds. Terrible TV reception and no non Viet channels to choose from. Nepolianic theme in reception area (silly extravagance). Small kitchen with modern refrigerator and an older microwave oven. We could not figure out how the turn lights out in reception area. Very noisy with street noise and construction noise. Party on Terrace level(2 floors higher) was loud and the bass sound vibrated until past 10 PM. Generally 9.0 million VND / night. We got both nights for 9.0 million and it really wasn’t worth it. Breakfast buffet was okay with usual additions. Coffee was nice and strong. Short walk to Cho Da Lat. If I was to stay again would choose a room not facing the lake but really, there are so many other better choices in Da Lat. I rate the stay a C (3 of 5 stars)

욕실은 깨끗하지 않음 곰팡이 있긴한데 하루 쓸거라 그냥 흐린눈 하고 썼음. 수질은 필터 샤워기 썼는데 덜 더러운 편이었음. 영어를 잘하시진 않지만 가능한 분이 계심. 입구에서 캐리어 들어주시고 내려주시는 분들 친절함. 위치가 시장 바로 앞이라 그것땜에 잡은거라 만족

Not worth money
For me, this hotel didn’t worth my money except the location. The front desk is ok, just do their job but not professional. Anyway, I think I won’t stay here again if I have a chance to visit Dalat next time.

Good but noisy location.
We stayed three nights in the lake view room. No complaint about the hotel itself. But the loud music at night and the hooding by bikers and car drivers from the streets at day and night are very anoying.

They were doing construction and didn't inform us so at 6am we were all woken up by heavy construction. Asked them to stop and they didn't. An absolute nightmare for our vacation

Good and Bad review.
Good location, must book the city view, we got the hotel back view. Sigh! And one miserable small window!. We require a fan as it was not cold enough for comfort. Sleep with the fan on the whole night. Maybe the toilet needs an upgrade . I asked for airports transfers . Arrival - A new Merc. Departure- an old Toyota - felt cheated because it was the same price ! VND 705K. Also there is no need to change the tooth brushes everyday!

밤에 객실에서 라이브 공연 듣는 느낌으로 시끄러워요. 견과류 오픈해서 먹는데 어디에서 개미가 와 점령해 버렸네요. 많은 관리가 필요하네요.

It is a nice hotel at great location. You are near to the central market, lake and all important facilities. My room was very traditional, not modern.
