Good located new hotelconsidering price a bargain
Een van de vele strandhotels in Da Nang Nieuw, in goede staat maar de afwerking van de bouw is niet op een hoge standaard. In de eetzaal een wand met flessen en glazen die onder het stof zaten. Het personeel is bereidwillig, maar nog niet ingesteld op de Engelse taal. Kregen een upgrade, maar dat zijn gewoon twee kamers, een zonder bedden en voegt niets toe aan een kamer. Uitzicht aan zeekant is prachtig!.

horrible unfriendly front desk people. Breakfast area look like night market.we stayed in room 2102 .there is a big piece of metal hanging outside of the hotel wall supposed to be attached the wall might fall any time kill someone at the sidewalk. And the first time I saw a hotel give to guesses room keys with room number on it. Imagine you drop your key while you walking outside and someone finds it will know which hotel and which room you staying!!

Beach is within walking distance. Hotel out look is a bit rundown, and the pool does not seem to have a pump to circulate the water in the pool. Staff does not really understand English and could not really help with enquires except for the basic questions like WiFi password etc.

A Great place to stay
We stayed here with friends for 10 days and enjoyed every minute of it. The food was great as were the massages ( we had two) The weather was not good enough to enjoy the great beach in front of the hotel. The staff were great and nothing was too much problem. Ai guest relations and Hue on reception rely looked after us well. Although not in the middle of Da Nang you were only a 5 to 10 minute cab ride to the center of things. Cabs are cheap.There were good restaurants near buy and if you ate in the Kichi restaurant on the 4th floor it had the best menu. The buffet breakfast were all you could want.

We booked adjoining family rooms. The rooms were big, nice, and clean, but we keep having problem with the toilet not flushing properly. The front desk staff weren't as warm and friendly as another hotel that were a hop and skip away on the same street. The free breakfast was bland and had limited choices.

Room was obviously not cleaned. Room smelled of raw sewage and dead bugs were found in the entire unit. The shower was also broken. When we brought this to their attention, they did not seem to care much , but tried to fix the shower. We finally asked for another room. The next room offered no sea view, the walls were paper thin and you can hear your neighbor use the bathroom literally. The shower in this unit floods the entire bathroom floor and when we mentioned the flooding aspect we were told it is normal. Oh and we were supposed to have a non smoking room , but everything smelled like cigarettes. We actually left a day early because of our experience here. I would never stay in this place ever again it was absolutely awful. This is not a 4 star hotel, not even close. We have been in Danang for over 2 months and this is BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE HAD IN VIETNAM. Stay somewhere else.

The hotel is clean actually. But i think you can have a better choices as the hotels surrounded by are also great. The facilities of the hotel is bad. Especially the "gym space" and the kid swimming pool.
