Lantana hotel has a wonderful location on the riverside a quick walk from old town, but still quiet and relaxing. The room was well appointed and comfortable, especially good AC for a Vietnamese heatwave. The airport shuttle was also convenient and the free breakfast had nice variety of dishes to start your day. The main highlight was all the hotel staff; always attentive and personable- greeting us and offering assistance and tips for our trip. Would absolutely recommend staying here when in Hoi Ann.

This was the perfect place to stay for 3 days in Hoi An. First and foremost, I can’t say enough how much the staff made me feel welcome. Every time they saw me, they greeted me by name, like we were old friends. They helped with reservations and taxis and even allowed me to shower after I checked out because I had a late flight after a day of swimming. The room was very comfortable; I slept like a baby. Even though we were close to all the music and festivities of Old Town, I didn’t hear any of it. It was a perfect place to venture out from. So close to Old Town (just cross the bridge at the corner!). And from the front porch restaurant, you can watch all the people going by. It was so perfect! Highly recommend!

We did a short trip in Hoi An and this place was the most ideal place for us to stay at. Very short walk to and from the busy sections of Hoi An. Service was great. The property is a little aged and in my opinion could do with a renovation...but, what can you actually expect in the ancient town.

We stayed five nights at this outstanding hotel resort. Everything was extremely good. The location is excellent: close to everything but not noisy. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice view of the river. We had some rain, and there were nice umbrellas in our room which really came in handy! Every morning we had the prepaid breakfast that was also outstanding and fresh. The concierge and staff were also extremely helpful. Especially Daisy! Thank you Lantana Boutique Hotel for your great hospitality and service. Highly recommended.

We loved the service, the people, the breakfast and the calming feeling. We had a great massage at the spa but i would probably go somewhere else for the pedicure. The massage still made the experience worthwhile.

川沿いですが、マーケットからは徒歩5分と少し離れているため、落ち着いた雰囲気です。 クラブミュージックも聞こえてこないですし。 ランタンの舟も来ないので、それは残念でしたが、21時くらいで全体的に撤収してしまうため、ランタン流しの舟は直接見に行けばいいと思いました。

A beating hotel walking distance to everything. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the concierge Sally was delightful, funny and helpful. Even surprised us with a birthday cake for one of our party. Lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Stayed for 8 nights in the Superb Deluxe Room. Enjoyed everything about this hotel - fantastic staff who were always friendly and willing to help. 旧市街からもナイトマーケットからも徒歩数分、静かで眺めも良いホテルです。 部屋も清潔で広く、朝食も選択肢が多くておいしいです。 出発が夜になるためレイトチェックアウトで17時まで部屋を使用しましたが、50万ドンとリーズナブルでした。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれますし、チェックアウト後すぐに部屋を確認してくれて、掛け布団の下にあって気が付かなかった忘れものを見つけてくれました。

Fantastic hotel we would return to. Handy location
Absolutely nothing to fault from this hotel. We had a balcony room overlooking the canal. Great location. Two minute walk over the bridge to the old quarter. Two blocks from the night market. The girls at the front desk (sally and Jenny i think) were always extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again. 5 nights we stayed. Pool was perfect size and great to cool off in the afternoon heat.

Great stay.
Loved the location and the staff were amazing and helpful. We stayed 3 nights but wish it was longer. So close to all the main sights of hoi an- 4 from beach but about 10 minutes walk to everything else around. Room was a good size and we had a balcony overlooking the river. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was good. Pool area was great (undercover from sun). Staff gave lots of good information and were always helpful. Would stay again.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and just like the first time in 2018, it was fabulous. The rooms are large and airy, with the ones facing the river having doors that open on to a small balcony. The staff are just amazing, friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and they say hello every time you come back through the lobby. The ground floor was renovated during covid and looks amazing. The only small issue is that it is quite a loud hotel inside. Not from street noise, they have excellent windows, but from the central atrium space. Tiled floors are great for the climate, but loud voices and slamming doors echo! Maybe some rugs would help? If someone could invent a way for hotel doors all over the world to close quietly, they’d make a fortune! We loved staying here, and will again next time we are in Hoi An.
