An amazing place. Vietnam, and Mercure, have built an Instagram playground and look to be continuing to expand this fantasy world on the top of Bana Hills. The cable car itself was a fantastic experience. Once arriving, above the clouds, the hotel staff helped us settle in to our room and orient ourselves. Don’t miss the pool. No supermarket.

So much to love about this hotel. Location is amazing on top of the hills and above the clouds. Insta gramers paradise so many picture opportunities. The pool was nice with no other guests there. Breakfast was amazing. Main reason we stayed was ro get the hands golden bridge photos but there was so much more. The rides we went on were all free. Lots of food choices and very helpful and attentive staff.

It was great to be staying overnight in Ba Na Hills. An evening walk around the French Village is wonderful as the day trippers have gone. It was a bit noisy in the evening as there are people talking loudly with their door opened and in the corridor. Some people were ignoring the signage about respecting other guests.

The entire facility and grounds were spotless. Staff everywhere were helpful and quick to serve. Food was good and buffet meals had many choices. Rooms could have had better lighting but otherwise comfortable and clean. Great towels and water was as hot as needed in the shower Highly recommended

Absolutely breathtaking.
When we arrived at the hotel, it was liked we stepped into a dream. It was very cloudy, but beautiful none the less. The Golden Bridge and Sculptures around it were absolutely beautiful. It was a very peaceful place to spend an overnight after leaving Saigon.

Schöner Ort aber katastrophales Team an der Rezeption.Da vergeht einem gleich die gute Laune und die Freude auf die Location. Hatten eine Familiensuite bei Expedia gebucht für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind mit 14 Jahren. Alles stand so auf dem Voucher.Dann wollten sie uns erst zusätzlich rund 35 Euro Zuschlag berechnen später dann nur noch 15 Euro.Dabei stand es auf Deutsch und Englisch genau richtig auf dem Voucher.Ich musste dann vor dem Manager nochmal zeigen wie die Buchung über Expedia gemacht wurde.Dann mussten sie einen Fehler im eigenen Haus feststellen aber es erfolgte keine Entschuldigung nichts. Für so ein teures Hotel echt ein schlechter Service. Der Name des Managers lautet Kayden Khang.Untragbar dieser Mann.So ein Mitarbeiter hätte ich sofort gekündigt.Man hatte das Gefühl gleich am Anfang schon abgezockt zu werden.So war unser erster Eindruck bereits mehr als negativ. Oben angekommen keine Mitarbeiter zum Empfang.Alles nicht besonders gut ausgeschildert. Zimmer sind klein aber irgendwie schon ganz schön und urig.Das Frühstück war das Beste.Die Gepäckträger waren sehr nett und kompetent und sie sagten auch, dass viele Gäste sich über die Rezeption und deren Fehler und Unfreundlichkeit beschweren.

The property and surrounding area are absolutely beautiful. Dining options in the evening were somewhat limited but that may have been due to the weather and the time of year. Signage guiding visitors around the area and to the different attractions could be enhanced. The lighting and thermostat controls in the guest room were cumbersome. Overall, it was a great experience. I look forward to returning in the future.

Hugely frustrated by the staff that failed to mention a huge Halloween party was happening during our stay, even as we informed start our son’s birthday is on Halloween. No signs. Nothing. Just a mention of a different simple buffet. For a resort known for poor weather the options for such weather are next to none. To miss out on this due to poor staff communication and common logic is unforgivable. A bad trip could have been made better.

The property is spectacular - like being dropped into a video game! The service from check-in below from the bellmen were amazing - so efficient & friendly. There does need to be a few more front desk people who speak English because it’s an international hotel. We stayed in a family bunk room & it was near Beer Plaza. From 5 pm, there’s very loud music played and can go on until 10 pm. It was so annoying not being able to peacefully sit in the room. But that’s the problem with the entire resort plays unnecessary loud music everywhere! If you ignore the annoying music, the place is quite fun and we really enjoyed visiting the farther locations and riding rides. It is definitely worth staying a couple of nights because you won’t see anything with a one night stay. The shower tiles are very dangerously slippery. If you use any conditioner or too much soap, you will slip and hurt yourself like we did. It was really scary so you must be careful! Check out was the most annoying experience - took so long! 3 employees all occupied and not paying attention to who was standing in line first. I had to barge in when the people behind me cut in especially after I’d been waiting over 15 min. People were regularly cutting in line!
